Roseville Care Center

Like a maze with out directions to the room, need bigger signs and possibly a map upon arrival. Place is very neat and clean. Staff very helpful, and professional.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother-in-law was sent here by Kaiser before and after her knee surgery and calling it a CARE facility is a misnomer. She had several issues with the attention she received or lack thereof. She rang her call button and 2 hours later someone might deem to come to check on her (a 2 hour wait to evacuate your bladder and bowels sounds excessive, no?). She was supposed to get 2 showers a week; she was there for 3 weeks and got a total of 3 showers, that math doesn't add up. In lieu of the 3 other showers she was supposed to get, she asked for a wet washcloth and a dry one so she could spot refresh herself. They eventually brought her two dry towels and left before listening to what she needed. She pushed her call button again and about an hour later someone came again and when she said she would like the washcloth wetted, they said "we were waiting for you to ask" which she already had on the initial request. She was willing to let all of this slide until the evening when her roommate was in severe pain and pushing the call button (both the roommate and my MIL) resulted in zero response. Her roommate was crying in pain yelling out "help help" and my MIL tried to get the attention of every single person who passed the room, but was met with noses in the air and a dismissal of the job description and the facility description which is to CARE. I don't give a damn if you're understaffed, do not fill more beds, do not accept more patients if you cannot accommodate them with a basic level of care. I hope Kaiser stops partnering with this place because it is ridiculous. If you love your family member or friend don't let them end up here. In fact, I wouldn't even let someone I hate stay here.

My mother was only in roseville care center 1 night I pulled her out the next morning the care was so bad I wouldn't even know where to start no one there cares about your loved ones they will not get better they will just get worse and it is filthy dirty there was blood all over the blankets when she arrived she had a broken foot 2 blood clots uti infection very high blood pressure I believe she would have been dead if I left her there we are doing home care

I enjoyed the friendly greeting I received at the reception desk. She was so helpful & nice. I enjoyed my visit there.

I've worked alot of care home this one i just love it the people that work there are great cause they care

Very positive and supportive staff. Everyone always seems helpful, engaged, and concerned for patients' and families' well-being.

I was really happy when my friend was able to go home. I undoubtedly Mike got pretty special tlc & professional medical attention. I always felt welcome and cared for too when I came to visit. Your facility is top notch.

During my most recent visit I found Mike to be enthusiastic about the care he was receiving. Though there is a still a lot of health needs, he was upbeat and chipper. All the stsff I met were pleasant and friendly. It is easy to see he is in good care and as comfortable as one might be. He enjoys his therapy sessions.

Very welcoming place. Once I stepped foot in there, the people around me feel so welcomed and showed me the way to my grandpas room. The nurses there are so nice and are always wanting to lend a helping hand!

Upon our arrival the lady at the receptionist desk was kind and helpful, but then all of the staff were amazing, so kind, thoughtful and helpful, many blessings to them all.

I met my sister in law's physical therapist and the receptionist. Both are very nice and very helpful. I am so glad that I picked this facility for my sister in law.

I have no contact with my loved one, only bye phone and the receptionist doesn't have the common decency to tell me when to call back. Plus, she cannot even write down the phone number I offered in order for my loved one to call back without putting me on hold.
Do not send your loved one to Roseville Care Center.

The staff did not know what a feeding tube for my mom was doing. Was unable to answer my question whether the feeding tube would prolong her life or not.
I am not happy with the staff taking care of my mom.
Today I visited my mom on Sunday. I just visited Friday, they told me that she would get a bath on Saturday. They bathed her on Sunday.
Today I witnessed the CNA feed my mom lunch. My mom had a panic attack, due to how fast the CNA was feeding her. My mom has difficulty swallowing right now and I didn't agree with the CNA scarfing food down my mom's throat. Also she did not separate the pudding spoon from the mashed potatoes and spinach spoon.

Your personnel are awesome! They are friendly and helpful…not one person was “too busy” to answer a question or guide me to where I needed to go.
They were most attentive to residents & treated them respectfully.

Pleasant receptionist & check in as a visitor was fairly easy. The facility smelled good and appeared to be clean.

Horrendous Care! Patients left unattended when help alert requested. Medications not given as prescribed. No one answers the phone.

Darren is an amazing person and really good helper for my grandpa. He is fun to talk to and very nice. He deserves a raise.
