6My husband went for an MRI, but no one ever told him that the MRI only accommodates small people, total waste of our time, not to mention they never call back and lost our faxed referral.
Ive called for 1 week straight leaving messages daily no one ever returns calls
The reception desk employee has a bad attitude to place patients on hold while she is doing something else. It's been 30 min to wait. Awfully customer service, provided by reception.
Super amazing! Coming from someone who has recently been claustrophobic due to a tragic family loss dealing with major stress and anxiety the supervisor there (not sure of her name) was really helpful with calming me down and talking me through the MRI. As well as the gentleman there, (not sure of his name either) singing Bruno Mars lol but they were SO AMAZING and did not let me walk out of there without completing the MRI, yet feeling at ease. Super thankful!
Sharon reached out to me because she noticed the authorization for my husband's testing was going to expire soon. She is the only medical professional to reach out to us and try to help us during an extremely stressful time. She is professional, super helpful and kind. I appreciate her! This is a well run practice that cares about patients. Highly recommend.
It takes two hours for an mri scan. Ive never experienced a test that takes minutes takes so long and in the mean time i see plenty of people coming and going. Obamacare sucks! My last mri was way quicker from another imaging center though.
