Excellent customer service for a new customer account. They walked me they the process and when I have called back months later for billing information they were great.

So uncoordinated and unprofessional. How many times do you need to come to one residence to take measurements? Also NONE OF YOUR WORKERS ARE WEARING MASKS. I was disturbed about 12 times today while working with children at home. Gave me a notice saying they are cutting off power and working all night in our yard, when and where the heck did you get approval to do that? Get it together.

One of the worse companies I've ever had interactions with, they do whatever they want and when something goes wrong on there end it's your fault. Today they tried to take $300 bucks from my card and there was no bill due.

I didn't see a reason to pay $40 for them to turn on my power same day as my power was already active. Why would someone pay $40 to switch the power into my name. They then sent someone to turn the power off.

Who does that?

After the hottest day ever and the forecast told us that it was going to be 105° for like the last week they knew it was coming, and yet they didn’t do their job and now everybody here lost electricity, it’s hard, some people needed to survive. Why didn’t they prepare? On top of that the service always is disconnected so no one can call about it, and why don’t they have updates somewhere easy to find?
