I tried to use this company. The reviews were good. Upon calling they had no interest in coming out to do a bid, no big deal. So I sent them the details. They responded back with questions about the ground quality. So again I sent it to them. Then I called to follow up. Just nothing. Not even hey this job is just to big for us. Just nothing. I'd love to own a business that's doing that well right now. I had 2 other fence company's that were deligent about there appraisal

Excellent quality work. Polite, punctual employees who get the job done in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable.

We needed a fence. Roseville Fence Company arranged the work, and got it done quickly and efficiently. A very positive experience.

Installation quality, communication, and punctuality are severely lacking. I had a retaining wall installed in July with plans for a fence installation a month later.

Here are the issues:
- No pilot holes drilled.
- No use of a straight edge.
- One post's screw does not touch the 2x12.
- Several 2x12s not fully seated against posts.
- Two 2x12s have cracks.
- Chips missing from posts corners.
- Visible sawcut mishaps.

Directly above the retaining wall is a deteriorating, leaning fence. I was told 4' sections would be done at a time and bracing for the fence above the wall would be used as well as all the connections would be made on my neighbors side. I chose thier estimate because of this attention to detail. However, the entire wall was cut down at once, and no braces were installed. After contacting the office, braces were added.

I noted untreated saw cuts and 2x12 cracks after installation. They treated the posts but dismissed 2x12 cracks as pressure-treatment-related.

Roseville Fence inquired about proceeding with the fence installation on 8/7. I mentioned my neighbor's dissatisfaction and shared photos. Robert, the owner, planned to visit on 8/8 but canceled at 7PM day of. After proposing reschedule options on 8/9, Robert read the message on 8/11 and promised to visit within hours. He did not follow through. He has not responded to reschedule requests since.

Although the installation crew and initial estimator were friendly, the lack of quality control is evident. Given the mid-high price, I expected better results compared to other companies/quotes I received.

We love our new fence! We had a 7’ board on board fence installed for privacy. From the staff in the office to the crew who installed our fence everything was top notch. The fence is beautiful as well. A special thanks to the team for the excellent job they did with our install and for the care they took of our property

Roseville fence company is working on my property now (8/7/24). Robert has used forward thinking, and has done everything a homeowner wants.the project is ongoing. But I have no fears about the future of this project.

Our fence-sharing neighbor discovered Robert and Roseville Fence. After reviewing the proposal he had received from them, Robert gave us a proposal for our side. We had other, additional, details in mind that were happily and professionally added in. A few days work in total by professional staff, Robert, himself, even patched a small gap between the new fence and the old one - to our immense satisfaction.

From the time they came out to do the estimate until they left after cleaning up the debris, they were an amazing company to work with. My backyard has a small (3 feet) slope, and I was worried that it would be hard to deal with. It looks beautiful, and I was very pleased with the final results. I am so pleased with Roseville Fence Company. My old fence came down and new one went up over 2 days. I had a kicker board and board over board pickets. I did two sections after a storm.
