The private dining rooms here are spectacular. The service and food are above reproach. The communication and helpfulness of the entire staff is always amazing. Dawn Bancroft is especially communicative and helpful. Would recommend for a business dinner anytime.

Lovely location and accommodations to take a family. Rooms, food, pool are all very relaxing and comfortable.

Our trip was excellent. From the moment we arrived the valet and the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a hair dryer issue that was resolved immediately. Every staff member said hello when we passed them. Drinks and dinner on property were amazing. The staff was sincere when talking with us and checking on how everything was going. The gym was clean, and breakfast was great. The pool all three days was clean, beautiful, and perfectly staffed to take care of us and those around us.

My goodness the service was outrageously good. True hospitality professionals who clearly care about providing a luxury, personal experience. It's not possible to fake that kind of service, it was so genuine. Particularly the serving staff at the pool, they were so lovely, energetic, attentive, + helpful. And my pup getting snacks + a cozy bed warmed my heart. I LOVED my room. Spacious, perfect amenities, + plush towels/robe. And the closet! What a dream hotel closet. Whole room was spacious, impeccably clean, + cozy. I honestly was blown away by how wonderful the hotel is. I've visited the bar + restaurant many times but never stayed. I will absolutely stay again - I'm already mapping out times this summer to return.

What a magnificent place! Almost like a dream! Truly fascinating! The staff is so nice to me, they help me with all their efforts. The food is also very delightful, give my compliment to the chef! I also want to share a bit of information about this magical place.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is an international luxury hotel and resort company operating 28 hotels in 16 countries, currently owned by Hong Kong-based Rosewood Hotel Group (formerly New World Hospitality and rebranded in May 2013). It was founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1979 by Caroline Rose Hunt, the daughter of oil tycoon H. L. Hunt. The company was sold by Rosewood Corp.and Maritz, Wolff & Co.in 2011 to New World Hospitality for $229 million, along with five of the properties that were sold for $570 million. Arranged by Perkins Coie, the $800 million deal was awarded “Merger & Acquisition of the Year 2011” by the Americas Lodging Investment Summit.

Hong Kong-based company Rosewood Hotel Group (formerly New World Hospitality and rebranded in May 2013) is a subsidiary of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, a privately owned Hong Kong-based company. Previously, Rosewood Hotel Group was the hotel management arm of New World China Land, a subsidiary of New World Group. The company announced in June 2011 that it had signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire Rosewood Hotels & Resorts from Rosewood Corp.and Maritz, Wolff & Co. The Chief Executive Officer of Rosewood Hotel Group, Sonia Cheng, stated the deal "represents a strategic direction for our company to establish a robust presence in the international luxury hospitality arena and, particularly with our strong Asia base, Rosewood will be positioned for substantially accelerated global growth. "[9][10] The deal was completed on July 29,2011, with Rosewood Hotel Group stating in a press release that Rosewood would operate as the ultra-luxury brand of its business and that the company was looking to double the size of Rosewood's property portfolio within five years.

What a fabulous maximization of land this complex has become. I remember many moons ago this was just grassland by the interstate. Now it's a money-making machine that generates gobs of tax revenue.

Totally packed with multiple corporate events on the Friday afternoon that we visited, so the atmosphere was lively but not quite the relaxing oasis that you'd imagine a ~$1000 per night hotel to be. The common spaces and grounds are lovely otherwise though!

What a great experience we just had at this hotel. Easily the best staff and service we ever had.

As for the resort, the room was spacious and included every single detail you could ask for. The pool/hot tub area is spectacular. Our son didn’t want to leave. And the food is top notch.

Frankly, if you ever plan to visit the bay area, don’t waste any time and just stay there. A true 5-stars experience.

Service throughout the F+B outlets on property were a perfect 10/10. Rooms were amazing and the turn down surface was over the top (slippers bedside atop a fresh linen is my ultimate luxury). Wish we could have stayed longer.

I had a beautiful time at Rosewood Sandhill and felt very well looked after indeed by all staff across the property. Every single time I needed assistance with bags etc there was always someone who was there to help promptly when calling the concierge. My room was beautiful and I appreciated the little welcome treats! Many thanks

Visited Madera lounge for drinks. It's one of our favorite places to discuss business.

Overall property is very nice. Rooms are of good size, although not as nicely appointed as some other Rosewoods. Service is excellent and up to Rosewood standards except at the pool, where is was good but not great. Very nice fitness center. Restaurant is also good but again not quite on par with other Rosewood properties. All in all would definitely come back. Would give a shout out to the folks at Valet as particularly warm and friendly. Also very much appreciate the text questions and updates I received during my stay, presumably from the front desk.

Thank you for you perfect service. We liked to visit Rosewood with our 16 months old son and have my wife‘s birthday there, and from my side meeting some friends and do some business meetings.
The service is perfect, the rooms great and the food / drinks very tasty. We can highly recommend this beautiful hotel in the heart of silicon valley.

I arrived early in the morning, to a very warm welcome. -Not the usual "Hello, how can I help you " but Good morning Mrs S.so glad to have you with us! While waiting for my room, I had a delicious light breakfast at Madera. Everything was very fresh and beautifully presented (especially the sliced avocados with the olive oil). I returned for breakfast on Saturday, and enjoyed the fresh fruit, the house-made marmelade (I wanted a bowlful!), and the creamiest, fluffiest, most flavorful scrambled eggs ever. My room was comfortable, and was kept exceptionally clean throughout my visit. I appreciated the large soft towels, silky sheets, and the Le Labo products. On Saturday, we went to the Afternoon Tea. The sandwiches were simple and varied, very tasty, with a different bread on each (I will also note that the bread was very fresh and soft). The assorted pastries were plentiful, and all delicious. Staying at this hotel was my magical dream, I hope I am able to return someday.
