Very friendly, very organized and security. The lady in the receiving office must have been having a bad day!

Long line just to check in at main gate.very often there's only one person to process trucks in and out. Thats a lot of work for a so strees out gate keeper.

Very inefficient Ross Distribution Center! Have two people at the gate. Paint the numbers and letters better since we need to drop in the number written. Yard jockeys are very rude to drivers!

Got hired on quick, very big wharehouse lots of different jobs going on at once, its cool if you like to stay busy and focuse on your work. You can earn bonus by working fast and accurate.not all jobs are the same, I unload trailers for example. Alot of employees, Ross does something every week for all the employees! Like I said its cool if you like to work in a wharehouse type setting.lazy people get run out quick!

This place is a joke. Clearly not looking to hire talent. A bunch of rejects from the nearby Target distribution center now placed in positions to hire and fire based on personal bias. No wonder the low rating reviews on here all seem to emphasize unhappy employees and staff.

Initially impressed by the clear signs around this major distro center. Its especially important for truckers like myself

Unfortunately the lady rolled her eyes and raised her voice while giving me the run around repeatedly while trying to pick up a "just in time load" from CA to NC.

My load was 1.5 hrs late largely do to her lack of customer service. I was told to fillout forms as if I were a regular there, as well as driving back and forth to read back coded parking spot labels.

Simply put, she was so unhelpful and I was there so long, hrs even.

I went there to ask a question and a young lady maria picos kindly helped me out very professional and respectful

Delivered here many times and no delays or cancelled loads. The security guards can be slow or lazy but other than that easy in and easy out.

The staff is rude. Not to mention this isn't a company that gives people a chance. They will judge you as soon as you walk through that door. Companies like this do not deserve the people's time nor their money. They need to work on their people skills and so much more. I have done my homework on this facility after I applied while I was waiting for a response, just to get to know what they expect, etc. This company has turned down people because of looks, because of past misdemeanors, and sometime just because someone doesn't want the individual there. I'm sorry but people deserve better than to be frowned upon for small things that their past carries. Step up Ross it's 2018 and you still got your judgement hat on. Smh

Employees where a little rude set up a interview with the temp service select staffing representatives went to lunch instead of interviewing me.ross employees where not professional

Drop and hook. 30 min in and out policy. Dont forget to write down letter code on your paperwork when dropping trailer.

At first was cool working here, until my 3rd month here, was getting terrible. Supervisors and managers got real rude and arragont. Everything is based on percentage performance, and no matter how hard you work and sweat, your performance in their eyes is still low. They pretty much HIRE to FIRE. Ill see this place is just another job I've had and think nothing of it in the future.
