Beware! I don't recommend coming here! They dont properly put your items on hold and if you try talking to the manager she is super rude and unhelpful. She will make a mockery of you. Never coming back!

Made a purchase yestersay and tried to return and item today. I called ahead of time to see if it was possible. When I showed up. The item I was returning wasnt even listed on the receipt because of negligence from the cashier who rung me up the day before. I was given no voucher or copy of my receipt by the cashier but didnt want to argue when asked for it, so, I asked to speak with the manager and she told me I had to call customer service and could do nothing for me. Customer service was closed! So I was told that I could wait while the manager called herself, which was great. I was later told by another employee that she wasnt calling because she wasnt sure if that's what I wanted so i was waiting in the store for 1 hour for nothing. Asked if I could atleast get my dress back that I brought in. And was told NO. Also th new copy that she gave me showed that I had returned a dress for the price of the one I brought in and was misprinted"returned with no receipt" but i did INDEED come inside with a receipt! I felt racially profiled there and would not reccomend shopping at this store!

This place has everything you can ask for from clothes to kitchen ware shoes and lots more great stuff and let's not forget the clearance rack.lol

Located in shopping mall. There is a McDonald's, grocery store, Taco Bell and the 99 cents only store. Close by is love laundry.

Horrible experience.
Fitting room lady was rude and looked annoyed the whole time it was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcomed. The bathroom was supposedly closed yet I saw the lady let a man in the door.
Bought some earrings and the back broke off I'm super disappointed! I'm calling first thing tomorrow hopefully I can get my money back.

Was charged something i didnt buy, called and asked to get a refund, asked if i have to bring all the other stuffs that i bought and the lady say no just bring the reciept and when i got there they wouldnt even give me a refund and asked to bring all the stuffs tomorrow when the other manager is there so she can help me instead, which wasted my time/gas when i confirmed before heading there. Need better assistance manager who know how to deal with customer, and not make up excuses.

I always do my clothes shopping here! I don't care if the clothes have cosmetic blemishes or not. They are imperfect just like we all are! But you still can get some good stuff that's close to perfect and you still can buy all of your favorite name brands at a much cheaper price! Shoot, I bought a hecka cute jogger 2 piece set that was worth $69.99 for only $21.00! I love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Ross it's been around for a long time I haven't talked to you in awhile but still the same nice budget reasonable the atmosphere clean employees helpful if you don't have that much money come by your outfit or some shoes or tie or some makeup

Basically DD's Discount, but better. You know what I'm saying? It's like comparing a Wal-Mart to a Target. Ross is just a bit cleaner and classier. Good deals too!

This is a fairly big Ross. Typical Ross store with 70% women's clothing and shoes and 30% everything else.

This is a catch-all for clothing and odds and ends. I was always told I could find plus size clothing. It is true, but the quality is not always the best. I bought some non skid socks because I can easily slip on my wooden floors. I tested them out when I was in my wheelchair. My feet slipped. Thank goodness I was in my wheelchair. As with most non clothing items, most are not made in the USA. If you have the time, it's a good place to browse. I prefer Burlington for my time.

Went shoe shopping next door decided to go in and was surprised how big and clean it was inside had a lot of nice stuff in different selections

It's okay. Ghetto but then again it's Florin Rd. People in the parking lots are very rude, and park all types of crazy.
Not much of a selection of decor or candles.

I love Ross.the best place to shop with the best prices.really good quality of clothes too.the down side is it'll look a little messy because customers don't know how to place things back properly but besides that this place is my number one go too.you can even find things for your kids, your house, your dog.some much stuff there it's almost too good to be true.

They have brand name goods but lower prices. Sometimes I can find a very nice item with good price.

Ross is where I bought some on my Jeans for 60% less than it would have been. I love a great bargain. It can be a hit nor miss. But overall a great place to find clothes for a good price.
