Ross Dress for Less reviews
11Somewhat new branch at this location, the best thing in this particular place is that there are no long lines of wait to pay, it is not as crowded and not as busy unlike other stores. Downside is the few good selection and a lot of oversized/undersized products. Still possible to find a good find if you are patient.
You have to get there when shipment arrive other wise all the good clothing r gone that same day. I can never find close for my son and me.
Not a lot of variety and selection and all of their inventory. But the employees are very pleasant and they greet you at the door with such would such professionals listen to make your shopping experience very pleasant and they're able they're willing to help and assist you in finding something pit a very pleasant atmosphere in shop but not enough Selections in all areas.
Got dat clearance rack on clothes. Bought a sweet pair of jeans super cheap. Rare price u may not find everytime u come in but i got lucky fo sho
Buy for less, this is the place that saves you money on great items of great quality.check their shoe section, you will be amazed at what name brands you see for less than $20.00.
My husband purchased set of bath towels @ a great price, for his daughter who was from out of town, she loved them. Took them back home with her. Towels were of great quality.
Someone needs to teach employees how to put the correct sizes on the hangers this is a big issue in the junior dept. I bought 2 pairs of pants with my size hanger, got home and realized both were two different sizes. Not a super huge deal but then came to exchange and both exchange items I picked up had the same issue. Also please talk to employees about paying attention to who gets to which line first so you can help people in that order. They seem to think talking about how thier dads sound the same on the pjonenis more important than customers.
Followed around by loss prevention. Poor selection of sneakers and sporting wear. Definitely felt racially profiled.
Too long line not enought staff to support the long line. Also they are definitely in need of some more products to be delivered ASAP because to me there shelves look like they are going out of buisness and they just opened.
Theres a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. Meanwhile, it takes an hour to find your size in clothing and shoes. Everything's disorganised. I had been so excited when I heard this was opening. But stop hiring just anyone. None of your employees seem to be worried about their laziness or losing their job. Make a difference in that.
This Ross is awesome they open at 6AM plus I really like the stuff they have especially the home decore. Everything is pretty much organized whenever I go I dont see things thrown around like at most Rosses as you know. They have a greeter (loss prevention) at the door very professional and respectful. Lines move pretty fast even if they do get long so I wont complain longest I've stood in line is maybe 5-10 mins. I like to go in the morning around the time they first open because that's when I notice they're putting out all the new stuff! Lol just a little FYI
