Ross Dress for Less, Van Nuys CA

Didn't sell locks for luggage and the employee wasn't helpful l, had to go to Target and buy what I needed.

I will never ever go back waited in line for a return However the lines where not marked return or purchase so I end up wait 20 minutes because I was in the wrong line for 10 minutes.so confusing mark the dang lines so I can get in and get out sheesh. I will return to my regular Ross now

The cashier was rude. Lack of customer skills. Hate this Ross. Staff members are always rude. Most of them. No people skills. Will never refer this Ross to anybody. The staff need people skills training

Store hours posted on door says they close at 7 pm, I arrive at 6: 45 pm and the employee at the door is not letting anyone in anymore. Never coming back.

Had to do it all over cause I was too upset when I got out of the store last night that I was typing and swiping actually in the dark and didn't check what I typed not realizing I had typos. That's how upset I was with the service in that store. Management should really check on this one particular Ross store cause the others I go to are not like that and it's not as disorganized.

OMG it was empty! No merchandise! An associate said that they were having a hard time restocking after being close due to COVID-19.

It's a really good you can find really good things that are inexpensive I got some sandals that are really cute. I also got some pictures frames and a lot of more stuff everything turned out be a good deal.

At the moment they have a few things to pick from but I have found some nice men's watches that i keep coming back for

I love the store for it's great prices BUT the community really makes it hard for this store to stay clean. The store usually has alot of damaged products or pen Marks on items. The lines are long at check out but the store does try and have as many cashiers as they can. It's basically a place to go if you have the time to search through products and stand in line. They do have good things but you have to search for quality.

This is a clean nice Ross location lots of employees. They seem to be a training store because there's always five or six corporate people walking around

The store was a big mess I never seen a store so Disarray I used to work at a Ross I know we sure had to make sure that it was clean Especially the floor

I always find some unique things that I get compliments often but the store could be a little more organized

The "Ross" specifically, is one of the few places who doesn't need any description at all.its sign says it all.

It's the one place you can rely on savings. I gave it for stars only because the crowds are outrages, especially at check out. But kudos to the staff for moving the lines as fast as possible.

This ross has rude people who shop and make it a mess. They have brat kids who run around throwing stuff everywhere. But overall nice staff.

This location is the worst one. Disorganized, dirty, and poor selection of merchandise. All makeup items are opened and in the worst condition possible. Management is doing a terrible job with this particular Ross location.

Busy location with long checkout lines-but worth it to those who are willing to take the time to search through rack after rack. I didn't by anything this time-time constraints kept me from attempting to wait in Ross's very long line! But I'll be back another day!

This Ross is usually packed with shoppers and it's not as organized as other Ross stores I've been too. I just come here because it's nearby and I need to find a gift or an outfit at the last minute for something I'm attending. I like their good low prices and wide selection of clothing.

Friendly greetings at the door from Security, who also gave direction toward what I needed. It is a huge store. Plenty of clothing and home products everywhere. Seemed priced a little higher than other Ross stores I've been to. Still, I paid $10 for a kitchen rug and liked the value. I came on a very busy day. So the huge line and 20 minute wait to check out shouldn't have been a surprise. But it was. Only three of the 12 checkout stations were active. Not good. Great parking!
