Happy with today's visit. We found good shoes at a good price. Sometimes they have it, sometimes not. But, worth looking as you will save $ if they have what you are looking for.

Really fun store. If you're not in a hurry you could spend hours going thru all the fun and different home decor and stuff. Take a cart when you enter because you won't be leaving empty handed.

Store is clean. Enjoy coming here. The security guy Jerry was very polite and saw how he helped a customer.

They just reopen. Most of the shelves are empty, it looks like they are trying to sell the all the ugly things in their inventory first.

The worst Ross I ever been to in Southern California it look like a tornado hit all the shoe isles and smell gross inside and very small selection this place needs new leadership.

The woman who manages this store is always rude. She ignores customers. No smiles, no thank you for your business. Very unprofessional.

Come here whenever I need some new work shoes, belts and some hiking shoes as they tend to have a great variety and always at an affordable price.

Whenever I walk in im always greeted by a young man or lady. The cashier (Cynthia) who assisted me was very professional, carried a smile and was conveniently quick.

She had me in and out just the way I like my shopping

Ross is my store although not all locations cater to my taste this is one of my fave locations. The advantage is that there is plenty of parking and it's in BP downtown mall and tons of other stores to visit in one visit

Great pricing, great selection. If you see something you really like and you can afford it buy it because if you come back in a couple days it could be gone.

It used to be a good place to shop for good quality clothes and shoes. Now it's more like a thrift shop for second hand clothes. The store really lives up to its reputation for having very few selections and a lot less brand names. You are spending less money now on generic brand name items. At the end, you still have to pay more for cheap quality product that doesn't last more than a month. Every store seems to have security or loss prevention. Who steals second hand, used clothes? It's getting pathetic to go to any Ross stores now.

Usually, you get what you pay for. What I like about Ross is that the price is always right. Sure, they aren’t the most organized. It’s more of a treasure hunt. That’s why my wife likes it. Because the store is such a mess, you never know what you might find. Makes it an adventure to shop!

I appreciate their furniture section. I’m always able to find a chair to sit on while my wife “treasure hunts”. It also gives me time to write reviews like this one.

I’ve never had an issue with customer service or really anything negative to say about Ross. I hope Ross stores stick around for a long time.
