Ross Dress for Less, Huntington Park CA

Ross needs to change tneir policy. You have ppl shopping for hrs in store. But. CANT use the RESTROOMS?

It was crowded, felt uncomfortable very long line (which I didn't mind) but everyone was very close and not six feet apart.

Place needs more employees and also a big issue is that they don’t offer restrooms for their customers, imagine spending hundreds shopping at their store and they don’t offer a restroom,

Love shopping here but hate it! Lol hate it for good reasons. I go looking for a small gift and i end up buying things i like but dnt need

Most of the time always cheap which is good because everyone likes things for a low price which kind of explains there logo Ross Dress for Less. Great store if you are looking for a present for a baby shower or if your looking for honestly anything. Have fun shopping at Ross.

This is truly an amazing store that has an amazing clothing styles and good quality. Store was great and service as well.

This is a nice place to shop but the manager named Digna I believed it’s so rude. She thinks she owns the store. I asked her a question and she was totally rude. I think she was having a bad day, i rather go to other stores just because I don’t want to see attitude from other people. She looks like she’s mad all the time. They should fire her and get another person who knows how to treat people nicely.

Starbucks opened restrooms to the public, while Ross closed it. I had used their restroom before and I know exactly where it is, but now they tells me "we don't have a restroom" Wish they say no to everyone, otherwise.

Ok store. Needs reorganizing in the customer service personnel. Arguments in front of customers

They don't let you used the restrooms even if you are a customer I have a 5 year old that need it to used the restroom n employee was very rude about I had to leave the store to take somewhere also. I won't be shopping there.

Not the best because the girls clothes are in everywhere and prices not the best

You have to make sure you won't feel the need to use the restroom when you go there because they don't let you use theirs! They tell you to go to El Super! Like if you're buying in El Super!

I really like how this place looks especially at their clothing section. They truly have lots of items when it comes to their clothing section and that's what I love most about this place because I honestly love to buy clothes for myself as often as I could and they are so affordable that's why I always end up buying some clothes when I get to visit this place.

I hope this particular location runs out of business once people finds out how they treat their customers, today I witnessed how an elderly woman was denied access to the restroom and unfortunately had to experience an embarrassing moment. Please contribute to stopping rude management

Love to visit the store. You have to know what you want. Ask staff to help you and direct you to the right department. You need to be patient. Prices are excellent. You can find brand names and in good condition. You can always return it when you have a receipt.

Affordable prices, but very few cashiers, so super long lines. Also, I always find clothes on the floor.

My favorite place to shop get the best stuff at half the price there clearance deals are the best!

Large selection of items! But they don't allow customers to use the bathroom & the lines can get really long.

Line is always long and they don't let you use the restroom, not even for customers. My 5 year old wanted to use it, an adult can hold it in but not kids. Same goes for Marshalls near it. Dumb asf!

Good deals, great selection.go for one thing, come out with 20 things you also "needed"!
