Ross Dress for Less, Roseville CA

This is my mom's favourite shopping place and she likes to go every tuesday coz they have 10% discount on señiors

Store was empty and easy to get around. Checked out the clearance section but could not tell if the prices listed were regular or reduced. The tags looked the same as the other sections.

Great selection and great prices. Lots of reduced price items. Very friendly staff and they were super helpful.

The store is average, not crowded, had a decent variety of stuff, not completely impressed with the variety of merchandise, the cashiers and staff were very helpful.

Ross is a really good place you can buy cloth bags and sometimes even necleses and also you can get some toys and sunglasses in there

Helpful staff pleasant and attentive service. And the clothing area had more selection than some other Ross for less.

The selection is fine but they aren't enforcing the mask policy very well/at all, I saw quite a few people wearing their masks incorrectly or not at all

I almost hate going to Ross because it is a rare occasion that I leave without a purchase. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I frequently find low inventory in one department or another.

I'm a plus size & my choices for clothes are slim & none. Why don't they advertise that! If you're a size 18/20, shop somewhere else for clothing.

This place has definitely gone down hill in the last year. They don't have as many items or options. I imagine it's due to covid. Staff is always pleasant.

Today I went to Ross. Not very busy. I went to return some items. I went through returns. Waiting in the line. No was no in line. There was one customer with returns cashier. I waited. When the cashier was done she didn't call or acknowledge me she call the customer from purchase line. I asked her why she ignored me because I was in the returns line. She just made her face. I called the manager. Instead of explaining he just start saying we have to see who the cashier calls. I asked him but the sign says returns. He said doesn't matter. Very unprofessional. I asked him for complaints number he did give me the number. She showed his phone where there was no number.never going back to this store.

Big store! Disappointed on the merchandise.very limited selection and merchandise. It looks as it was only stock at 10 percent of compactly.

If you are after post Christmas items, they are long gone. Some items (socks, slippers, pillows, food items) are pretty wiped out. Some new items are coming in. The day turned sour when a cashier told me the item I bought would never work! That was rude. I am an adult and I can choose to purchase what I want. There is also a 30 day return policy. Cashiers should be polite, not belittle customers.

Ross has always been cool. I would give my daughter a grip of money to keep up with the Jones', you know what I mean? She would go to Ross instead of Nordstroms and spend a little bit on a lot of things cause she is cool like that and keep the rest of the cash do stuff with her homies. That was 20ish years ago and know what? I still catch her there.

It was stocked up and had a good selection in the men's area. Just wish they could get a better selection of size 13 shoes.
