Ross Dress for Less, Riverside CA

They have a lot of great clothing options especially during the spring time. Good place to find great bargains. But the customer service here lacks friendliness and cooperation. Seems like they hate their job.

This Ross had good things but sometimes I feel that the employees are saving the good things and taking them home instead of putting them the racks and shelves. This Ross is also starting to overprice athletic wear, last time I found this soccer jersey for $12.99 and weeks later there were more but they were priced at $34.99, they’re crazy. They should start sticking to one price.

I was shopping at this store and squatted to look at sheets on a bottom shelf.well when I went to stand up.my knees locked
. I tried in vain to stand up and could not! 2 girls that work there tried to help me and finally got me up. I'm so thankful. I wish I knew their names. Thank you x 100

They close at 11pm and like that I get out of work and head over but the selection of things is not the best

I am a senior. The blue plastic containers you use to shop with are a disgrace. Dirty filthy, and the wheels do not spin as they are cluttered so bad with junk. I had to drag the thing around the store to shop. Needless to say I didn't stay very long. Very disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars that is exactly how many stars this place deserves. Each and every employee here could not wait for all customers to leave. We got there at 815pm and understand they close at 9pm. We heard over the microphone that they close 10 minutes before 9pm and every employee that was walking around was glad to tell you they close in less than 5 minutes even though it was close to 15 minites until 9pm. I left all the stuff I was going to buy on the floor. A more deserving business deserves my money.

So far not one if my preferred Ross's to go.not very much merchindize and a little to sloppy.could use more inventory more often than usual.

Great store, clean great variety of things.grouchy lady that works in the front with grey hair is rude.needs people skills". I hate going there because of her.

I love Ross. Take the time and go through the racks and you'll find some really great deals. These are primarily name brands that have been reduced.

Keep it a secret, they have Michael Kors, Levy jeans and others. I dressed the whole family for under 100 bucks.

First time at this Ross and really like it more variety on kitchen products and clothes. Will be going back often.

I didn't find what I was looking for, but the suite is well stocked, and (for the typical Ross store) relatively clean with a pretty fast line at checkout

Dressing rooms are nasty. Several had broken latches, no longer even on the wall. Had to search over four prior to finding one that did have a latch. Floors were filthy, quality of clothing was poor, (but expected for price), and not hung on correct t size hangers many times. The woman working in the dressing area though was working hard and very nice. She helped me find a room.

Love it there i love they carry alot of outdoor garden things for very reasonable prices large selection.

It's the great hunt and peck stone. Great deals but you have to hunt for them. The store is always disorganized and appears unkempt.

If you don't mind long lines, hot atmospheres, messy racks and aisles and decent prices, then this place isn't bad

This is a hit or miss place delivery on Tue of new inventory but you got to hunt sometimes it's better and other times sucks

Tucson Arizona has it way prettier and more organized. Even the clothing is neatly hanged and appealing.

Variety of items. However it is poorly organized. You got to have at least 2hrs to spare to find what you're looking for. But o well they have discount prices on items.

Bought some Skechers from this store my foot became inflamed, itchy, hot and exposed to some sort of fungi! Don’t have my receipt nor ticket couldn’t exchange it but I am on video camera buying them! Terrible customer service go to Walmart!
