Ross Dress for Less, Cerritos CA

Stuff all over the place, workers are soo unfriendly and a bit rude. It's a maze I'm there, super cluttered.

There is a filipina staff name “Cherry”, who refused to give a large bag for a long pillow purchased, gave a small bag and try to out the pillow, she said there’s no big bag, I ask the supervisor and gave us a large bag and it fit. Incompetent, unhelpful and lazy staffs. Not happy with the service. Go somewhere else.

If You want to discover great products, clothes, electronics etc. At an affordable value then Ross is the place for You! Just like it is for my family & me! With prices shooting through the roof in all sectors of life We truly need a relief & Ross is just the place to help Us All to obtain some if it! Thanks Ross. ️️

It's a good store with a good selection of clothes. But it get very busy with people.

I like Ross and I went to many locations in the past 10 years. They are all friendly greetings and helpful. But this time, there's a very mean cashier name Holly. First she didn't greet me as other trained well cashier. Then she's mean to my dad who doesn't speak English. I told her that he doesn't know English. Her face is like we owed her million dollars since I asked for the senior discount. We got the discount in other store without any problem. So senior people who don't speak English can not get the senior discount?

A great variety of sections for everyone and everything you can think of as to clothing or dressing shoes. Great service by the reps on the floor and the nice lady in the dressing room. Very busy, crowded and a mess all the time. I recommend. If you have a lot of time on your hands and don't mind the crowds and the mess, overall you can find really good bargains here.

Staff in the waiting room are very rude. She is very pushy looks like she doesn't enjoy her job here. Will likely not come back after this.

Ross is my favorite store. I really enjoy buying house hold items. I have bought things to hold my paperwork organized on my desk. I got a make up organizer for my bathroom for $3.99, you can't beat that price! They have so much more than clothes.

I've been to this one at Cerritos town center 2x before it's pretty big and well stocked in a great location too great stores in Same area when you're done finding your great bargains at Ross I highly recommend this one worth the drive for me I live in Long Beach check this one out Ladies
