Ross Dress for Less, Garden Grove CA

As always, this time of the year It's a little chaotic. They need more cashiers, they do their best though.

How do you only have 2 cashiers on a Tuesday, senior discount day, and during the Christmas shopping season? This is insane compared to how much sales you guys are making. It's discouraging to go and see the line going all the way around to the back of the store. Then, I get to the front and there's only 2 cashiers. I look around and see other employees inside the customer service/front registers just chatting and laughing. These people are getting paid to stand around? So not only do I see poor management. I see very poor customer service. Not to say that your cashiers are very rude. Why work if u hate that job?

We love shopping, this location have lot of selections and good stuff available… I highly recommend it to this location all people…

This is my least favorite Ross I’ve been to. I’ve gone here numerous times and left with nothing because their selection honestly sucks. Like some reviews say, it feels very cold and unwelcoming. They didn’t even have a separate line for returns and I wasn’t going to waste my time getting in such a long line just to return some items when there are other stores that actually have a returns and exchanges line with better inventory. I don’t recommend going to this Ross.

I like the store because they are more organized everything can't compare with the store in Anaheim location

Really like the size of this Ross. Came I n looking for a queen size mattress protector that zips up and covers the whole bed. Unfortunately, I was not able to find one. The was a lot of matress protector toppers, but not one that protects it all around.

This store is one of the worse Ross Dress 4 Less I've been to. Really its like and outlet. Everything is picked over, selection sucks and basically all the racks and shelves are all just odds and end. Don't recommend.

I always find the things that I need the only thing that I don't like It's that long line to pay.

Didn't have any luck finding the same kind of active wearer i had bought a couple months back. Long sleeve shirt.

This store was really popin! No line out front like earlier in the day though. I havent been in a Ross for years, but I just started working near by, so I went in at 6: 00 pm today. I went to Walmart first to look for a springform pan to make a cheese cake. They were out. So I took a chance and went to Ross. I was so happy! WAY MORE THAN CLOTHES! I immediately found just the cake pan I wanted! They even had my Monk fruit sweetner I use for Keto diet? Really? Yes! Really. I saw tons of housewares, cute pillows, a body pillow I am coming back for! A wind chime OMG! Its mine for SURE! Dishes, just so many things. I rushed to the checkout though because I was short on time. I thought the check out would be long, but the line went FAST! I could barely get my wallet out fast enough. I'm going back tomorrow.

I love shopping here. I can usually find a diamond in the rough, like lotions, serums and supplements. They sometimes have great deals on essential oils, as well as specialty grooming items for both men and women.

I shop here regularly.
Love Ross as I find their prices to be 60 percent off retail just as they claim. This store is a little conservative for me but I still look in every week as it is in my neighborhood. Shoes always seem to be on the wrong sized shelf but who can complain with the low prices. I just bought a jacket originally priced at $159 for only $17. Love it.

It's Ross. Great deals if you can find them, just like all other Ross stores. Clean store. Hard working friendly staff.

The cashier was super worried about lunch and speak with the coworker than she couldn't figure it out an easy return.

It's ok. Not a lot of selections. Plus, nothing is where it's supposed to be. Size l in size s sections, size 10 in size 8 shoes section. Etc. But, the employees were sweet.
