Ross Dress for Less, Harbor City CA

This store is my favorite Ross
Christina was very helpful and all security seemed to be on top of everything. The line was long but it went by so fast!
Definitely recommend. The best Ross out there

It's definitely a busy Ross, it's most often than not stocked with lots of goodies. It was time for me to get a MOM purse, didn't have much guidance as a kid and growing up in to a young lady, It has taken me some growth on all levels. Having and feeling proud of wearing a MOM/adult purse often felt undeserving, I'm much better, and happy and excited about my first perfect adult/mom purse:) and at a great price, because this momma loves a good deal!

A friend and I went there. Security had to be at the front door! People coming in acted like this guy is a joke! My friend bought a rug there, and they didn't even take the hard plastic warning device off. The cashier was clearly not paying attention, as 2 other shoppers experienced the same thing.

The associates were very helpful and nice prices are great very clean store lines went quick they also took a handicap lady that couldn't walk very well to the front of the line to help her out faster which I thought was very considerate and nobody complained very nice will be returning to the store again they also have discount days if you check ahead of time

Hot mess express. I was at the front, next in line for about 20+ minutes. I watched one worker fix hangers, pushing racks of hangers, while the line got longer behind me. When she finally finished, she took the next one in the returns line. There was someone else also doing returns, who very slowly, was putting clothes back on hangers, all this while the lines were getting longer. There is something missing in the management of this store.

They always have a great selection. That store also has a really good manager who is very customer oriented and works her butt off. I hope the company recognized her hard work. I even watched her chase after a shoplifter once!

Their dressing room are closed. The cashier lines go pretty quick. When they have all the cashier open. Some stuff is cheap but other stuff is higher then other places. There opening a DDs across the parking lot which is the same company as ROSS.

Was just there this Monday had poor customer service was interested in the jewelry department which I was waiting there from the beginning of the moment where I stepped in I asked the security there if I can get help I was not giving help so I told him it's okay I'm going to walk around the store and check it out come back I came right back after 10 minutes of walking around the store and still communicated with them and still had the same weight so I was basically waiting for help for 20 minutes and I believe if I was in the store location at rolling Hills I have gotten a different treatment. I believe no matter who you are where you're at or any location you should treat every customer the same way that's how you get the same experience. Sometimes you find good things at these stores where if you don't buy them at the moment you probably won't get them anywhere else at the same price I really want it the watch it was around $200 I guess I walked out the store with nothing felt kind of disappointed cuz I really need a watch for my job but I guess today I learned a lesson about Ross is not a good customer service store at the sepulveda and Vermont location the lion was all the way to the back of the store. So ridiculous where I actually put my items back down and left when I noticed that their customer service was a little bit off.por favor échale ganas traten los clientes bien y todos somos clientes Con dinero y queremos pagar en veces los tratan como un pedazo de basura.

I have seen better Rosses then this one. They have a small selection of everything an idk if its cuz the Covid but the store selection is very limited with empty shelves. Like how do you run a business with empty shelves, just saying.

Place seemed to have a lot of stuff but with that being said it was all over the place and seemed understaffed or their management doesn't take care of there store. It was very busy on a Sunday had 2 people checking people out and had such a long line that I put my thing's on a shelf and walked out. Have worked retail and understand people don't care where things end up after they decide they are not going to purchase the item but then hire some people who are willing to combat the problem. It was definitely a torn up in the store.

I went in looking for a good set of dress clothes and shoes and walked out of there with a great set of dress clothes and shoes. Store had exactly what I needed, service was hassle free and all at a fantastic price. Shop shopping, shopping at ross is still a thing in 2020

Late night shopping is always good however most of the good stuff is pretty much gone by then. But I have the opportunity to stop and get a few things I need. Always my go to store when in need of something on the go.

That was an amazing and has a huge amount of men's clothes compared to the local ones around I've been through. Like it here and good customer service.

We always go here, we always had a great stuff every time we visit. Love the store very clean and organized things are where they should be.

Been here quite a few times.but lack of variety on clothes and shoes.but the staff seem kind of friendly, well trained.enjoy coming here and shop every now and then.
Except the Asian woman at the register name "Glendora" she seemed very irritated as walked to check out.she could have at least said hi.not a single word.manager needs to retrain this kind of incompetent workers.
