Amazing employees, hard working people, recommend this Ross. Better than the ones in LA. Customers though expect to be served hand and foot

They didn't have much of a selection. It was disorganized. Prices are reasonable. They have restrooms avaliable to the public.

Went today 3/27/21 They are not inforcing the 6 feet apart rule. They lines are very long and everyone are close together. No AC on in the store a it's hot. The cashiers are very friendly. You can't try anything on still.

I know covid has made things hard But it seems like this place has a limited selection, more parking than necessary and you have to stand in a line like your in communist Russia just to get in and take a look around. The line was about an hour too long and the shelves were not stocked with as much as I thought they would have.

Terrible store supervisor. I like Ross stores in general. I’ve purchased 4 cutting boards from this store. The first one had tons of splinters all over it after I first washed it. After researching, it’s not useable. I went in and showed them and exchanged it for another. Same thing happened again, exchanged again, and SAME THING! The supervisor said because it was an exchange that I could not. So now I’m stuck with an unusable product all because I choose to give them another chance when I should have just asked for a refund in the first place. Get your money back, don’t exchange or they will not make things right if they sell you faulty products. The right thing to do would have been to say thanks for giving us another chance, here’s your money back and sorry it didn’t work.smh.

This Ross has some good finds. It's smaller than other Ross department. It has two floors with elevator. The area has narrow spaces between racks, but it's okay. They have good stocks as well. Parking is available at the back for free. It might have a line in the entrance due to COVID-19 regulations.

The cashier that helped me today was so friendly, beautiful smile, she was willing to go downstairs to get some bigger bags for all my stuff. I told her it was fine I would take the stuff to my car. So I made a few trips in & out Mia the cashier & even Manny the security said they would watch my stuff I really appreciate that the general manager Elham was so great w looking up a price for some boots I bought Thank you

Still disorganised but horrible long checkout line. 2 cashiers on main floor and none on lower floor.
Prices are good for people on a budget.

I have been coming to this Ross for years. They always have great selections for great pricing. Today Joseph and Erica were truly amazing and went and beyond to provide us great customer service. They deserve a raise in pay for their genuine support.

The most terrible service. Manager did not even check for the purchase. Do not buy anything there, they do not accept the return even with the receipt.

We came one Sunday and purchased many items. After we paid, the cashier handed us our bags. We assumed that the cashier handed us all of our bags, but that wasn't the case. The cashier kept some of our bags behind the counter and never handed them to us after we paid, checked out, and left. When we got home, we realized that we did not receive all of our items. We called the store, and it was confirmed after they check the camera, that the cashier kept some of our bags behind the counter and did not hand them to us. We had to drive 20 miles back the Ross the next week and wait one hour while they checked the camera again. After confirming for a second time that the cashier did not hand us all of our bags, we were provided a refund for the items we did not receive. When we requested some form of compensation for our lost time and travel, we waited 30 more minutes only to be informed that the store general manager, Elham, said all we get is a refund and no compensation. We saw the young lady that did not hand us our bags, and she walked by us like she didn't even see us, she didn't even offer an apology. Having worked in customer service for more than 25 years, this is the worst type of customer service I've ever seen and might explain why this store is in such disarray and unorganized. It shows a lot about the leadership that this store is provided. Ross, you might want to hire some new leadership in Burbank, or provide intensive training for this manager who obviously doesn't know the first thing about customer service.

I was there around 8: 30 at night to return a queen size comforter. I was the only person in line, hugging a queen size comforter, anyone with eyes can tell I was not comfortable and eager to get this thing returned. Miss Alexia was in charge of the return line, she managed to put two anti theft chips on two pair of heels, as slow as she could, probably took her at least 5 minutes, before paid any attention to me. What happened to customer first? What if there is actually a line? You cannot take care of the customer first then get back to your heels that aren’t going back to the floor at the moment?

Went into this Ross with my daughter and husband to pick up a sweater since it was a chilly night and it’s was open late I was constantly being followed around by one of there employees it got to the point where words were exchange and I told him to quit following me was so disgusted as how someone could make you feel uncomfortable while with your kid I am thinking about going back with a reporter and catch him again in the act discrimination at the highest level.
