Came in and was greeted by Adam he was so wonderful and professional! Very good employee and made me and my husband feel so welcome

Staff watches every one as if they are going to steal. It's quite a bit frustrating. I love all the variety and interesting things. The prices are really good and I'm very thankful for that. They used to close at 11 but moved that time up to 9 now once covid ended. You can't take the carts out which is very difficult considering I bought a bunch of huge items and they didn't even fit in the bags. It made it nearly impossible to get out.

Bad customer service and bums outside living. I won't be coming back to this store. Sad!

Place where you can buy brand and quality products for the price much cheaper than original. Recommend to visit. Good place for parents and kids. Enjoy.

Anna was really nice and helpful during a return. There was an issue with the reader and she didn’t stress.

Hey shopping at Ross was a good experience I got a couple outfits for me and my girlfriend. I bought a pair of shoes but when I came home they didn't really fit that well so I'm going to take them back but Ross is pretty good

I drove down from Plumas Lake to do a return in the Orangevale Ross Store where I bought the merchandise. I was told that they couldn't do any transactions except for cash. I had used my Debit card. Only 1 cashier on duty, very little help in store Needless to say, I had a 2 hr.trip down and back. Im not a happy lady. Will not shop with them again.

Unprofessional manager, Courtney and cashier Kim. I bought an item there they gave me the hardest time about returning an item that I purchased and they made me feel like I was a lier and told me that I didn't buy the item there. I produced a receipt and they still wouldn't let me return the item. Very rude and unprofessional. I will be calling their Corporate office and reporting them.

Please don’t go to Ross poor management and workers.store has stuff all over the floor and bad customer service. I was trying to take back a product I bought that didn’t work. The manager was the only one ringing up people so she said go the first line and I’ll help you after she rings up a buy order well then it’s supposed to be my turn and she says I have to ring up buyer’s. So I’m supposed to wait there no I left and will never go back.

Kathy the Manager is such a sweet lady and everyone is super nice and efficient will definitely shop there again!

An okay selection for reasonable prices. It can be hit or miss check when new shipments come in to store.
