Ross Dress for Less, San Diego CA

The customer service at this store is horrible. Customer service rep Yamelleth was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for a price check on an item with no price tag. Even after advising her of her rude behavior, she continued to be rude. I will not be shopping here again.

Hunter the supervisor began to raise her voice at me in front of my children. Disappointing customer service, and frankly embarrassing.

Terrible experience with the supervisor. I purchased something a couple days prior, and completely forgot that I had a store credit. I asked if she could do a return and I can use my store credit to re-purchase the item. She refused stating that she can't accept it because they have to put an item back on the shelf before it can be sold again. That was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. You don't need to put it back on the shelves because I'm buying it. You're simply doing a refund and re-purchase and I'm taking the item. Her brain couldn't grasp this concept and I gave up. Drove to the store on Mercury and they did it for me, no questions asked. There needs to be some education from leadership to store managers.

Someone should really inform the staff on their business hours. The website and the sign on the door clearly states that they open at 8. After calling the store after arriving here at about 8: 40ish and talking to Bonney, she stated that they opened on Sunday's at 9 (only one Sunday listed on the door shows a 9 o'clock opening) and was either unaware of her store hours or just didn't want to open until an hour after they were supposed to. I let her know that the sign on thr door says 8 and she said she'd go check but I feel like she should already know that but maybe that's just me.

Empty store! We didn’t find nothing everything is leftover from Christmas and holidays…. Sad

I like the selection of products at fair prices. Only down side is lower class clientele. The ladies in the line in front of me literally counting pennies to pay for their items. But it is what you probably expect. Its "dress for less. " Good and bad.

Awesome pocket friendly collections.this is my first visit. This shop will be on my favorite from this day.

I love Ross great price cashier was super cool n informative.new stock usually comes in on Tuesdays. Go shop on Wednesday

Men's clothes section missing men's jackets in small and medium sizes and this store is slightly untidy.

Pretty Organized. Merchandise Stock runs out quite fast, so check to make sure they've had a delivery. Clean store!

Very clean and other customers were respectful of social distancing. All staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my shopping experience. There were Christmas and Fall decor available. Cute little girl clothes.

The store is always clean and organized the line moves fast and the staff is always kind and helpful, but clothing and shoe options for men are very limited.

I was able to find shoes for my son quick and at a great deal. My daughter was able to find toys to play with at a fraction of the cost compared to the same product at Target.

Employee was not very friendly and was talking negatively about store policies should not be working if she was not happy. Marita, or someone like that. Not representing the company very well.
