Ross Dress for Less, Chula Vista CA

This Rose is in a convenient location for me, so I frequent it enough. Good people nice, polite and helpful. Store isn't that big but I still find things that keeps me wanting to go back.

Selection for furniture was not that great, however, customer service is good. The Ross in national city is definitely bigger and has more selection.

Great selection and prices wish the men's sneaker selection was as good as some other Ross stores but still a great store

I like coming here! The lines are not that bad and they always have interesting things! The employees are not as friendly they just keep to themselves and don't smile. The only friendly ones are the security that greets you when you walk in and out.

I went to this Ross with my mother and we both experienced such rude customer service. A women was giving my mom attitude and speaking rudely when asking a simple question. And when purchasing clothing this man was terrible and just very disrespectful. Not answering questions and completely ignoring us. Worst Ross ever. Will never go back there again. Didn’t get the women's name but the guys name is Cesar.

1 of the nicer Ross stores around here. I only shop at this one generally. I would recommend

Angie and keisha were both extremely rude at the registers yelling not only at me but at my mom in a separate occasion and keisha was screaming at customers who weren’t understanding English when she was ringing them up

I have severe asma problems and cannot wear facial covering for long periods of time. The manager in THIS location (other locations were very understandable) was very rude and obligated me to use the mask the entire time and when I told her about my medical condition she responded "well good for you" and I got kicked out. I understand its policy but there was NO NEED to be aggressive I didn't appreciate it how I was treated nor her response.

Today Sunday may 31 2020.i arrived to the store at 4: 30 pm.there were no people in line, they tell me they already close at 4 pm.and the sight said at 6 pm and they close at 6 pm. They said the last customer can entrance to the store at 4 pm.i have to drives to other ross store and make a line.the other ross store let customers go in until 5: 20 pm.and they closed at 6 pm too.i can understand last customer at 5: 20 p.but at 4: 00 pm, 2 hours before closed, that a lot of time.i usually shopping in 30 minutes or 1 hour.

I always enjoy going to a Ross. You can pretty much find what you're looking for and sometimes find great deals for things you didn't know you needed. Very busy around the holidays. Good store.

A new and clean store. Being new they dont have as much merchandise right now but I'm willing. To go back in the future. The people who live close by can literally walk across the street and shop there

Not a bad store, unorganized could use a little detail organization here but other than that.fairly decent and prices are good. Check out was on the slow side

One of the best Ross stores in Chula Vista, not crowded, clean, I guess it's because it's at a nicer part of town.

This is a one-stop-shop if you need some quick items for your attire. You can also run next door to grab some cheap house hold goods at the dollar tree. Plus Chili's is across the street.

It was filthy, stuff on floor everywhere, either they have trash customers and store cant keep up cleaning up after the trash customers
