This place is not a good store everything is un organize, Staff member's here are not Helpful, they are rude (Need to respect customers) I want that recommend people here They never have good products This place is dirty needs to be clean Bathrooms are uncensored This store needs an improvement
Always a pleasure is just too much Riff Raff that goes in there and they don't know how to appreciate the great values and the merchandise so they throw it everywhere
Always find something that I needed and something I didn't know I did need love the variety of things.
I Always find what I need at Ross. The employees there are always so nice and always greet you. Today as I was shopping a girl name Monica help me out. She was so helpful and so nice. Thank you for your Great customer service Monica.
Went in looking for a phone charger. They had one and we purchased it. Staff was courteous and helpful.
I checked at front desk and the lady at the store did not greet me nor asked me anything about what I was looking for.
7 articles of clothing for under $100. Around $75.00 did not like how the employee just threw in the silk shirts into bag, wrinkling them. I know they're busy but take time to bag certain items better. Came out wrinkled. Nice but in a hurry. Need to take time with checkout more. Fold them nicely to place in bag. They were thrown in.
It was dirty and unkept. It was crowded. They were obviously short staffed, but seriously my shoes were sticking to the floor. Pay your employees what they are worth so they will want to do their jobs. Christ
It was great, seemed like I caught it during a holiday change so alot of restocking happening but nothing bad. Seemed like a big change was coming or something
Always the best prices on tennis shoes and clothing but you have to be patient to be searching for the best deals
I'm not a Ross person. Never liked this store because it's always messy and un organized. I needed a small hill for a wedding so figured I try here before driving to fresno or Visalia. No luck. And yes it was messy as always even with them just opening.
This is my "go to" for finding anything really.
Love going here but dislike the long lines due to my anxiety and wreckless mouth.

It was so hot in the dressing rooms my, daughter couldn't pull her clothes off, and on. It was absolutely miserable! Please fix your air condition for the employees, and customers.

Not what it use to be, I remember when it use to be a real department store, always feel like I'm walking into a dollar tree when I go there, I feel like I'm always entering a dirt mall when I go there
