Ross Dress for Less, La Mesa CA

I bought some darling raspberry UGGs at Ross, and they were only $40! I love them and they keep my legs warm?

Fabulous customer service! Great selection of items; lots of higher-end brands. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of how disorganized every shelf is! The men's underwear aisle requires a pick axe & mining helmet!

This place is interesting, not super organized, I feel it's just a nice garage sale INSIDE. Double check your items they could be ripped, torn, one side longer than the other, scratched up, discontinued warranty support, etc. It's hand me downs of unsold stuff, I get it, but more to that.

You can get essentials for kitchen, dorm rooms, and linens - in great condition.

Every time I’ve come in this location Natalia has been rude, vile and nasty. She is at the return/exchange counter every time and has been seen in multiple occasions, including my own, ignoring people at the jewelry counter for over 20 minutes, I checked out and she didn’t say a word and didn’t even wait for my receipt to print out before walking away and having me reach behind the counter to grab it myself. She is constantly racially profiling paying shoppers and looking at eve try one with disgust, she needs to be in a back room or storage closet or FIRED yesterday. Disgusting staff all around, nasty attitudes from the managers to the register staff. Returned my purchase and bought it somewhere else

Love this store. Ross is a bargain store in general so don't go looking for high end quality but you do find a few good quality high end pieces mixed in with the regular fair. It is my favorite place for accent de'cor that won't break the bank. Most special about the place is that it is clean and organized unlike other Ross stores I have visited in the adjacent areas.

This is a good Ross. The lines aren't too long. Never crowded.

Very little men's clothing no dress pants, no shirts. Lots of women's clothes though

The BEST NEATEST ROSS in San Diego! It’s never too busy, has a great selection (I think they could ramp up the amount of furniture and wall decor though), much more spacious compared to other locations. The employees are nice:)

I give it 4 stars the cashier was really nice but I wanted to see if i can get a discount on a phone when she called her manager she She was rude about it saying "you can only get a discount if the item was damaged" im thinking like why would i want a discount on a broken item like? That makes no sense

The store isn't stocked like it used to before the pandemic. A lot of hodgepodge items.

Wasn't happy with the selection of dress shirts. But price was right if you get what I mean lol

I really loved shopping there.got a few good things. & the people there are helpful & friendly.

Always large variety of Dog Items, usually x-small/small & large; need more medium. Cashiers are experts, Vanessa! Great selection of sunglasses/shampoo & towels. Love shopping here w/my Service Dog.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. It has a great variety of clothes, shoes, accessories, and home decor. I definitely recommend it.
