Ross Dress for Less, San Diego CA

Poor security guards from that store both times I've gone shopping I've seen a tom boy, chubby with a tattooed neck always wearing sweatshirts stealing stuff at the back of the store, and after that entering the houses in front of the Mall

It seems that EVERY merchant now wants their consumers to do their own check out! Do you not realized they are trying to eliminate ALL HUMANS!

30 people in line, 1 cashier, 5 self check out machines! However, as the other 4 employees do nothing but straighten out hangers and direct the consumers to the self check machines, they dont include to mention, CREDIT/DEBIT ONLY. So those who step out of line to do their self check trying to pay with cash are rejected. But no fear, they are skipped in front of the 30 people patiently waiting for that ONE cashier to check them out. I finally had enough and spoke up and said "NO! ITS NOT OKAY, WE'VE BEEN WAITING 20 MINUTES WHILE YOUR OTHER EMPLOYEES DO NOTHING BUT DIRECT PEOPLE TO SELF CHECKOUT, BUT THEY DONT MENTION "NO CASH". Soon, those also waiting in self checkout then moved back in long line waiting for their ONE cashier.

Please realize you are only helping the Capitalist merchants who only cares about profits, not their employees or us consumers. REFUSE TO SELF CHECK OUT.

Could find stuff that I really wasnt looking for, but i'm glad that I bought it and enjoy it!

This Ross store is in a very special location, you will find things that you can't find in other stores. I like it because parking is very easy. Good attention, things are generally well arranged and ordered.

Discounted goods for different brands, clothes, shoes, accessories, household items, utensils and accessories.

Their merchandse has gotten so cheesy. Most of the women's tops are made from the horrible thick polyester. I only find shoes and blue jeans; as well as some home goods. Found a great rug.there fits perfect in my studio under $40.

One of my favorite stores until today at least this location, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I was ready to check out and had a pair of shoes with no price so I ask the cashier what is the price? Her response, these shoes are expensive ok! They’re not cheap! They are not $25 shoes ok! She did not give me a price. What kind of person says this to a customer? Zero stars for this store and person.

I love Ross stores, because they always have cute and affordable clothes, accessories, shoes, and decorations. This is one of the larger locations, so there are usually some good finds. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone to this locational lately, the security alarm has been going off. It’s too loud to shop peacefully.

Great selection and found just what we needed, great quality at very reasonable prices. One of if not the cleanest and well organized Ross I've be to over the years.

I get a lot of my clothes here and I usually have really good luck. They restock regularly and maintain pretty good prices. I've found very pretty dresses, great sweaters, and jeans that I've had for years from this place. There's always a lot of clothes so you can come in and just shop for hours which I personally find fun

Save a headache just go to a different Ross this location has a very rude employees, Store is a mess, long lines to check out. If you like to be followed by employees like Vultures at all times this is the perfect store for you!

Customer service is lacking. Lines are to long and most times they only have one cashier. Store could be neater. Strongly sugget hiring more employees with better customer service skills.

They don't have separate lines anymore for returns it's all one line that's no good

I visited this location Friday night. Lots of clothes to choose from but customer service no good, starting from the person at the door.

The prices are already almost the same as an Outlet looking for it and there are almost no brand clothes like before or I have not had any luck
