Ross Dress for Less, Fresno CA

I love Ross.they really stay up to date with clothing and home decor. I wasn't to happy with the toy selection.the toys have always been good but the last two times I went it was kinda bogus

Honestly, there was nothing there that was of genuinely good quality aside from perhaps socks. They also need to be better in managing the fluidity of their cashiers. We waited for almost 15 minutes for someone to show up to be a cashier and a large line formed rather quickly.

Worst Ross me and my family ever visited. Didn't find anything I wanted, prices were off the chart. I found a cute dress, but guess what? There was a BLOOD STAIN INSIDE THE DRESS. If they don't check the clothes, that probably means they don't clean the store!

Hey, let your employees show their piercings. What is the point of colored hair being shown, but piercings can't be? A bandaid to cover it? Isn't that still noticeable to the eye?

I don't get the point if that.

Anyway, let your employees express themself in a clothing store of all things.

I love that I was there this afternoon I bought $95 worth of clothing everything was in order and very clean very respectful the people that works there

I've been to his store way before, during and after the pandemic. The line is too long, they only had 1 cashier at the counter.sometimes 2 but mostly just 1 cashier. Customers, including me had to wait roughly about 30-/+ minutes standing line before they get serve.

This ross line always long. Waited 30 min. Short staff. Be prepared to wait coming to this Ross.

Terrible Place always crowded lines always long they don't never have nothing it's just a disrespect 4 wat side of town it's in go 2 another ross like Herndon or by Fashion Fair totally different.

Went to thr Ross on kings canyon was very dirty and disorganized next time I will go to a different location

Very clean, nice customer service, clothes sizes were actually in the place they were supposed to be. Overall pleasant experience wouldn't mind shopping there again.

While I found a few articles of clothing to purchase, waiting in the checkout line took up more of my time than shopping did. It made socially distancing a challenge when others around you crowd in line. I thought that shopping at this location around 9am would help, but the checkout line was already too long. There was only one cashier ringing up customers, which made waiting unpleasant for everyone.

Out of all the Ross stores I've been to this one has the best and biggest selection, however, it is also short staffed and always busy. The checkout line was wrapped around the whole store. I waited in line to pay, about 30 min, for longer than I shopped. They really need to hire more people because that's just ridiculous.
