Ross Dress for Less, Pismo Beach CA

The staff was very nice however the store was messy and while we were there somebody stole handbags and ran out of the store.

Went here to look for a shirt for a Christmas party they were busy n I didn't really find anything in my size for the party but found a tshirt. I got in line and the line was all the way to the back of the store only 2 cashiers it took me 35 minutes to reach the register.uugghh. But I like Ross they have some cool stuff to look at when u have time.

Very messy store stuff all over the floors a hazard. I shop at Ross store's at many different locations and I've never seen a store that messed up. I was uncomfortable it it.

Lots of cool new shoes foe everyone at great prices. The store was pretty clean for it being Christmas season.

It's a love hate relationship with them. They have good prices on quality clothing but for men it is difficult to find the items I need or want. The selection is limited to one small section of the store. Which is true for most places.

Great selection, great parking, but very small amount of employees. Wait in line was long.

Prices were great. Couldn't find cute top though. Lot of stuff geared for young adults and kids.

Still offering great value for items being sold; however, it seems that there's less inventory being offered in-store at this time; hopefully this is just a temporary situation.

Once again a merchandiser favoring one style, one age group, lacking in knowledge of area trends. Skinny ankle length jeans, no boot cut, ripped, short, petite, midriff and silly themed t-shirts? Here ya go.hot neon green Nike? Masochistic leather thigh highs? 7" stilettos? This is your store.

I'm not a big fan, but I go to Ross 2 or 3 times a year. Rarely do I buy clothing or shoes, but instead shop the household, gardening, and beauty products sections.

Shopping at Ross is hit or miss in terms of finding what you want. On some trips I find a bunch of stuff, and other times leave empty handed. The store in general is a bit of a mess, and the women's restroom could use a thorough scrubbing.

My shopping is cut short when the temperature is stiflingly warm, or the music starts to get on my nerves. Tuesday is senior discount day. Seniors are offered 10% off, but you have to remember to ask for it, to get it. It isn't offered maybe out of fear of offending a non-senior. All in all Ross carries some good deals and it's worth going once in a while.

Not enough employees. Manager took forever to ring people up. Took him about 8 to 10 min per customer. I don't think he knew what he was doing.

I'm never disappointed with the great deals I find here. I am disappointed at how long I had to wait in line though. Too long.

Always has shoes for 5.5-6. Good selection of women's everything with good deals. Men's is slim pickins. I think this is now the only location in slo unfortunately. They clothing isn't very unique, but it's affordable and trendy. Good purses too.

I went there today to find some jeans and didn't find any I was trying to find but I did find other things

Haven't been in in a while but it has been the best Ross in the area (between Pismo & Slo) in my opinion. Lots of different selections for stuff & always new items. Great clothing selection!

Store was stocked up, but a bit messy. The line was ridiculously long and only 1 (new!) cashier! She was great, other employees saw she was super busy and didn't help!

Pretty good selection and well organized/clean. We go all the time, but plan a little extra time, check out line usually take a while.

Love the fact they are open late. There isn't anything open at all in this town. For those of us that work late good luck having shop time. I wish the winter hours didn't go back to 10.
