Ross Dress for Less, Redlands CA

Always loved ross, got a couple items from it last month and they have NOT disappointed. Great selection and wide variety for affordable prices. Not even from America by the way haha.

Horrible Long Lines! Checking people out is not a priority. One reviewer said the Yucaipa store is good. So I’ll try that next time. But Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, TJMaxx, Home Goods, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Kohl’s, Walmart, Amazon, etc will get my money before I go to the Redlands Ross again. The person in charge was behind the registers working on “go backs” instead of ringing people up. Couldn’t that wait until later? Ugh, the misery of waiting in line at Redlands Ross was a deal breaker. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Found something I really wanted to purchase but the line made me put it back. Have cashiers and all registers open on the weekends. The line had 20 people in it.

Store was a mess. Workers were unbelievably rude and openly talked bad about me and my friend at the fitting room area after sitting there on their phones so we tried to walk in after standing there for a minute or more and we got yelled at for a tag. Will NOT be going back.

Workers do their best. Customers trash the store and leave a mess for them. You'll usually find the things you need if you look.

Only go here when i have a specific need and dint want to spend alit of money. Always feel crowded and long lines at checkout

This Ross is the most unorganized one I've shopped in. The worker are quite nice though.

I like not getting ripped off.so I go here.they got some good finds if u can wade thru all the mixed up, disorganized tide of clothes not mall worthy

Never enough workers in this store. Place is a mess. Not a good selection. Line for checkout is always excessive - 30 minutes or more every time. Today is no exception, and only two registers open. If it weren’t for my wife wanting to come here, I would never come back.

My goodness, don’t go here if your bored? Lol. Too many things to buy at 1/2 the price. I love Ross! My whole family shops here for designer clothing and nearly everything else.

Great selection and good prices. The place is always disorganized and messy. The worst is the long lines at checkout. It shouldn't take 45 minutes of standing in line to make a purchase. More than 2 cashiers are needed!
