8Normally Ross is ok, I mean I bought summer dresses, for like 8 - 15 dollars I have like 8 dresses so pretty I'm not much into dresses but it's been so hot it helps a lot and dress for 8 WOW and they look nice I get many compliments, however this store the employees were very rude, not to me but this man was walking slow and employees were making fun of him, the thing they were saying, my son got a basketball and he was going buy it so he said I wonder if it's good he bounced it 2 times when the same employee told him fuking stop bouncing the ball.my son said I'm sorry and put the ball he said feel.for what! She didn't know I was with him so she tells the others employees this how you fuking to this people, and they laughed. I said right! That was my son she didn't know what to say but, I just kept on walking.its people like us that keep these stores open but I was not going to turn into a Karen heck NOOOOOO, I believe in the power of God.just won't to that store
Poor customer service! I love shopping at all ross department stores but this one is by far the worst.
The dressing room attendant was rude. This is the second time she was this way. The first time she was rude, I thought it was just her having a bad day but now I know it’s just her attitude. The employees do whatever they want at this location. Caucasian lady with glasses. 9.23pm 7/21
I shop at Ross all the time. Love the store specially their dress, shoes and accessories. And so Love the household items. Lots of nice products and prices are reasonable. Staff are nice, fast and courteous.
This Ross has great cashiers and great service.their racks are always organized. I like their prices.yeay.and on Tuesday its Senior Day 10% off!
Don’t let people sit on my bench when you bring it up front for me to pay. I almost didnt want to pay for it because you didnt want to go ask the person to get off my bench. I usually like this location because it has more. Dont let me down
I expect a little messiness here but the merchandise is always good with even better prices.
