Ross Dress for Less, Los Angeles CA

I liked it because I found many things that I needed for my son. Maybe these are the days to take advantage of to search and buy because I imagine that later, when December comes, it will be crazy.

The store has a great variety but the reason im giving a one star is because the cash register people are rude and have no type of customer service

I came in I had asked a worker if I could get a refund they said no but I could get store credit or exchange it I did not have my ID so I went home to get it along with the socks I came in and I tried to get them exchanged but now they said no I could not exchange them and that I did not pay for them? When clearly I was charged for them on the receipt they said that there was an error with the code then they proceeded to falsley accused me of stealing them they told me to wait just for them to take the socks and did not refund me nor allowed to exchange them and went to put them back on the shelfs to re-sell them I asked to speak to the manager to check the cameras and they lied saying I did not pay but they saw the cashier bag my items why would they bag my stuff if I did not pay how do I have this receipt if I did not pay for my merchandise? In short do not come here they will scam and rob you

Terrible experience. I purchased from them right before closing. They forgot to give me a bag of merchandise I purchased. I realized when I got home and looked in the bag and was missing items. I called and they said they put a note on the other bag and will hold it. I go the following day and this rude lady named Dulce barely acknowledges me and says everything had been but back. How? !? How do you put a customers purchased items back on the racks! And try to sell the again! That is fraud. This lady Dulce is a scammer. Even they're security was in astonishment. That they should not have put purchased items back. Then they send me to go look for the items again! Unfortunately, I was not able to find one item. Terrible customer service. They are just trying to scam their customers. I will be calling corporate!

My total was 240. Somehow I was only charged 160 on my debit card. So the cashier gave me a refund of 160 dollars, and then charged my card again for the correct amount of 240. I haven’t received my refund of 160 dollars. I wasn’t given a receipt for the refund, and was told it would take up to five business days. I called to let them know that I hadn’t received a refund and a manager there told me to wait a little longer. I waited and I never got my refund.

Lines are usually really long. Some of the employees have terrible attitudes. Other than that, it's an okay, Ross. They usually have a fully stocked store. It does be really messy at times

Nicely organized location. Loss prevention needs racial bias training. They followed me around so aggressively it made me uncomfortable and I had to leave.

This is a wonderfully priced Ross. Clean store, with a very large selection. I usually find a great pair of named brand shoes like sketchers, or Columbia. I always buy white tee shirts and socks, additionally they have a lot of specialty items for men like razors, soap, and tools. I have been utilizing Ross nationwide for 30 plus years and I always seem to find what I'm looking for at a discounted rate. It is a wonderful store and has gotten me through by providing affordable clothing and bedding for many years. I recommend checking out your local Ross store today and see if you can find a great deal like I do often.

Lots of options. From clothing for all of the family, inl, belts & wallets. Kitchen needs and some. Staff were helpful & friendly.

You can find anything you want or look for. Great place to be for shopping time! #rugrats RUGRATS!

The selection of item's were limited
The lines were long. But we still managed to find most of the things we were looking for. They are getting a little better.

I was waiting for them to charge me and a very rude cashier with an elderly person, if they don't like their work, don't do it, but don't be like that with the elderly, take care of your rude words, one day they will grow old and their luck will change.

The Associates are friendly and the environment is inviting. Went with my daughter, im not that patient of shopper. It was much better put together and maintained than another Ross she took me to.
