Ross Dress for Less, South Gate CA

It's a mess inside. Clothes on the floor and very tight to walk through the aisles. Only 2 cashier and the line moves very slow.

Wow! Buy 8 shirts at a great price. Branded shirts that originally cost up to $80. At $15 0 $20

I love this place because it has a lot of things and a lot of people go and it is organized. It's just that there are times when there are many small things on the floor and one can slip.

Very equipped I like that the lines runs smoothly didn't have to wait much in the line.

So disgusting! The employees are so rude all of them have attitudes including the security guard closing 30 minutes EARLIER! On a sunday! I had to go in before work on MONDAY so i went at 10: 29 thinking i had time just to go get socks! And the security told me “ weve decided to close early today “ while another family was also walking to the door!

Monday, 8-7-23, two cash registers open. Since I got in line, it grew to the dresses section. It took me thirty minutes from when I got in line until I paid. Ridiculous.

Edit: there are 3 cash register open, 2 by the wall and 1 by the jewelry locked up. As I leave 1 of the cash register closed and the 2 girl stop chatting and split, opened another cash register. So they only keep 3 cash register open at noon and no one can help at the lock up. Just an fyi

They are so short staff even with 2 people at the counter no one can help with the jewelry section UNLESS you wait in line at purchase, get to a cashier then you can ask them to help the with the jewelry section, in order to see something that is locked up

Honestly I went a few months ago and these people thought I was stealing. Honestly I work in retail too but the way they try to catch or suspect a person who robs is so bad. A girl came up to me just saying “that her manager said I needed a cart” and I have never heard that before like anyone saying that. Anyway so I told her if she thought I was stealing and she stuttered and honestly I hope they get better at the situation cause if wasn’t a sane person who knows what they would do. I will never come here again. It was embarrassing and very unprofessional. If you’re the store manager shame on you. You suck. They don’t even stop the people who steal, they just bother the people who actually buy stuff

As a handicap I'm been going to this store for several years and I always received a friendly help from the staff, but, today I got a really bad attitude from the Assistant of the manager, by sending me to the regular (long line) even though I told her about my situation of handicap, very rude

It is a shopping store and there are many items at low prices that are very accessible to everyone.

They don’t help for anything! Honestly everyone in this store fails to meet customer expectations.

Worst experience ever at this store. I was hit by the employee Juanita and she dismissed it. The manager was unavailable and was not able to file a report. I didn't even get to shop I just left at how rude they were. Ismael the manager needs to train his employees better. Dismissing people like that is not ok. I will be calling the corporate office.

Needed some stuff for the kitchen one of my friends told me to check Ross I went to this branch I was amazed it’s very nice and clean the people very helpful and welcoming the store was organized and have very nice stuff I took some pictures and videos to show you guys what they gave I hope it is helpful.

Well, there are a lot of people waiting to pay, very friendly workers but very few cashiers to serve them.

Worst experience ever. Had to wait in line 40 min just to tell me the iteam I got to purchase was the wrong price. Bad customer service. Staff not doing there job correct. They need training all over. Do not recommend to come to this store.
