Ross Dress for Less, Riverside CA

Went looking for some men's shorts and t-shirts. Normally ROSS has always had a decent and name-brand, quality inventory. This time, they had almost NOTHING. I mean, nothing! And if you are in this immediate area and thinking of trying the Marshall's a few businesses over, don't bother; they have even LESS!

I love, love, LOVE this store! Most of the employees are SUPER chill. Management is on point and the whole system seems to be running smoothly.great job everyone.

This location is always messy. The customers have no care and the staff cannot keep up. Although we still prefer this location over the Magnolia/Tyler one in Riverside. Pretty good selection until Covid. The home goods and decor section is always pretty bare these days. Staff is hit and miss, but right now it seems like that everywhere. Lines are typically long during the weekend, but move at a decent pace. We just appreciate that Ross is still honoring exchanges and returns right now. Many places aren't and many places have their fitting rooms closed.

Just had to leave the store.staff is so rude starring from customer service too the security at the entrance.worst customer service.

Normally ross is stockd and full of items. I guess people missross so much they bought 90% of the store lol

I came in today to buy some summer clothes and everyone was friendly and helpful until I was in line to pay for my merchandise. The Ross associate (cashier) was acting extremely rude and her tone was horrible making me believe she hates her job. As she was ringing me I told her I wanted to use my ROSS DISCOUNT as I am a ROSS employee on the DC side. She refused to take it saying it was too late and the transaction had already gone through. I find her actions extremely inappropriate specially when it came to helping another ROSS associate. Her attitude and actions do not define ROSS beliefs and policies. Management will be contacted via email. Thank you so much for your time and great discounts and bargains.

I went to ross with my family and we bought clothes and 2 perfumes and we came to my house and there was no perfume and we searched all over my house and car and it was nowhere and the next day we went to ross and they didn't want to give us the product of 20 dollars

Never clean always deplere of inventory. It's super compact as far as Ross stores go. I dont.know why I stop here except I had to go to the dollar store next door for envelopes and balloons.

I took my grandson there and let him pick out some clothes he is very happy and prices were good

Is still very inconvenience to carry stuff to the cart, instead of have the convenience of pushing your cart to the car, I just don't get it!

I wish that it was guest friendly, like employees would greet you with a smile on their face. It has variety which I like in clothing. But in regards to make up not a whole lot.

Absolutely terrible. The line was all the way back to the dressing room, and there were only 3 cashiers working-on a holiday weekend.

Nice staff and loss prevention staff. Quick ad easy access dressing rooms and large selection of items.

Handicap is only for parking lot but not include for wall button and elevor the Ross store don't have 2nd floor.

Probably the most disorganized and messy store I've been too. So much stuff scattered around you have to step over items and walk on your toes. I get it's probably the clientele that toss things everywhere, but at least keep the aisles distinguishable. It's literally a maze and drives me insane just walking through.

Out of all of the Ross I've been to, this one is the best! They have a variety of large sizes and great style. Prices are amazing, very cheap. Good material. Workers couldn't be nicer. Small lines, perfumes smell BOMB! Everything is wonderful.

Women's shoes very low stock, especially size 7 and black purses down to 14 and poor selection. Ladies slacks very limited selection. This store used to have more stock. Must not be shopped like years past. Better than the McKinley, Corona store. That store is really bad.

I felt extremely uncomfortable at this store.yes I was taking a long time but I was having trouble deciding what to purchase since its a bridal gift.they kept sending security to me and had I not been working so much and didn't need the gift for the party tomorrow. I would have just left.oh well that's all the money they will get from me

Below average Ross experience. This location is horribly kept up with clothing and merchandise scattered across the floors, items half on the shelves half on the ground. Men's restroom at the time was out of service while the women's restroom had no toilet paper, soap, and was disgustingly not clean. Trash thrown every including at the check out area. I left with out shopping knowing other locations aren't usually like this. Yuck.

Worst Employee's ever cussing in the store and one of them pushed me and then I said I am sorry I am not sorry I said and it's not my fault you are unhappy with your job. This is worst store ever I won't be back either. You guys say customers are always right well don't matter you have the worst employee's there. No respect!
