1 * for being in my neighborhood as far as elections like the same stores in Roseville Laguna Granite Bay both doors are always stocked very well but once you out of those areas the selection are none Tenille I am speaking truth

Lots of affordable purses bags clothes bras watches some good prices on clothes but hard to find stuff it seems disorganized store

The purchaser for this store in the clothing departments need to revisit the needs of customers and inceease and upgrade the shoe department (s)

So I came here for my Christmas shopping. Had alot of merchandise for my gifts for family. This guy comes up from Behind and is just standing there. I was looking at the perfumes for mom and her bf this guy says close the door, etc. Im like thanks it's cold in here. (Sarcastically) he was just watching me the whole time as if I was going to run out with all my things. So unprofessional and rude. I understand that they need to be o their toes but there's a way of doing things. His name is Andrew and I talked to the manager to get an apology and that never happened. He just left. I spent 260 here btw.

This is the cleanest rods I ever been to, but not a lot of discounts like the other rose stores

Little wolf demon guide me through my visit to Ross which is a new store but is exactly like the old store on Watt Avenue. The addition as the theft and loss guy as the greeter is weird and how many theft and loss agents do they have on their store in plain clothes anyway. I swear to God that lady was following me and mine when went to see if they had any cool toys.

I felt like i was a criminal loss prevention was following me around the whole store like I was stealing something I never touched one thing

I love Ross, brand name shoes for $19 and socks for $3, Walmart has generic brands for a whole lot more.

This location is pretty much the same as others. Good quality of products with great prices. 10% discount on Tuesdays for seniors. All staff is very friendly and courteous greeting you upon arrival and when you leave.

Today's experience was not a pleasant one there is a gentleman in line playing loud music from his phone that was not kid friendly I ask the associate if there is any way to make him turn it down or turn it off as she said no very When I ask what security was there for then she said not for that didn't matter there's a lot of people that were annoyed with him playing that music something should have been done about it by security or a member of the store

Better selection of items then the Ross on Truxel Rd or Elkhorn Blvd. Clean store, fast returns, check out lines not so bad. Located in the shopping mall next to Sprouts grocery store.

I always have so much fun in bras with my stepson JJ he always look at the toys and the shoes and the women's dresses the staff is always nice there they're always polite and helpful the store is clean and the security guard is an extra sweet.

Ross has some decent prices but the quality of clothes aren't the best. Not much merchandise on the shelves and the shoe department was sparse

I've found really really cute things here before. Other times I come in and can't find one thing I'd wear. Hit or miss. But the hits are really good so I always come back.

Ross is a store that has reasonable priced clothing, accessories, and home goods. If you see an item, buy it. Chances are it won't be there when you come back.

Always a long long at the register. The merchandise is good, but its always a wait to get out of there.

The store is good but there are some employees that are not.too much crying and a lot of complaints out loud in front of customers.

Absolutely love the home decor section. But the wait to be helped by a cashier is so long. They normally have 1 or 2 cashiers and a super long line. That's the worst part.

Ross, marshalls and tj maxx are all in the OK bucket in my book. Sometimes they have gems other times disorganized overstock nonsense. These places tend to bring people who dont use common courtesy so if you are short tempered or prone to snap on people i would avoid this at busy times like the weekend. Parking can be a bit trouble some in this complex since there are so many other stores close by.

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my children were repeatedly approached and threatened by other customers in the store. After removing myself and children from the situation several times I finally spoke up and instead of the store manager Courtney rectifying the situation and assisting the victim with children she also threatened us and repeatedly gave us dirty looks with no concern for the actual situation at hand. Not only were me and my children in fear we were also embarrassed by the way it was handled. Never once were the people who threatened us approached nor did the staff have any concern for me and my children's safety when there was an employee who actually witnessed the entire situation unfold.
