Ross Dress for Less, El Monte CA

Good things, great prices, however the customer service is not the best. I was struggling to put an art piece in the shopping kart in the presence of an employee and she watched me but never volunteered to assist me. After I paid I realized the shopping karts can't be removed from the store again I made several trips to my car to load things and security never volunteered to help I guess customer service is not important

Too messy no matter what month of the year you go. I went to get some earrings and they make you get in the regular line to pay for them. Such a big line they need to have more register open. Just saying

Its good prices to shop, sometimes employees walk around store to make sure you dont steal its kind of annoying, but iverall good stuff at cheap prices

Just like any other Ross store except this one closes at 11pm. Typically greeted upon entering the store which is a plus. Store is a bit messy, but what can you expect?

A good store to shop for clothes, accessories and household goods and much more. There's fittingrooms and helpful staff. There's handicapped access and parking and public restrooms free parking

I love this store. You can buy baby, women, children, men, and teenager clothing. You can also buy toys for the little ones. Also sell beautiful purses. Everything they sell at cheap prices. You should really go to Ross.

Love their watches. They have good deals on watches. Some are last seasons, but then again your paying like less then half price. Worth it.

Great staff and the store is always clean every time I come. The only thing that needs to be improved is having the store organized. Some times shirts will be in the pants sections and shoe sizes would be all mixed up. Love that there is different restaurants near by!

They had everything I needed. Very organized and all the employees were professional as well as sweet.

This Ross is just so-so. Not much better or worse than the others. Staff were friendly and nice, but when I went to make a quick return, they left me standing at the return counter for 10 minutes before even acknowledging me. Boo! Now if you’re looking for an upscale Ross with quality Macy’s brands of business suits, go the one on S Lake in Pasadena.

This is a well kept store. I've been here on a regular basis and the store is kept pretty clean and has on site security. I go here for the purses and mens wear. I've been able to get my husband some great deals on boxers and undershirts. They don't have many sunglasses so that was disappointing. I would say that the bedding area is not so great. Overall the bonus to this store is that it's grouped with many other stores including a supermarket.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews, employees are nice and the store is clean. Good selection and prices.

The store is as messy as any other Ross, I have been at this store 3 times and I got loss prevention follow me arround every time!
Long lines, not enough open registers, rude employes.
I am never going back.
