If I could give this company a zero, I would. Ross Morgan manages our building HOA for about the past year and a half. Owners were hoping that this company would be a much welcomed improved to prior management, but all we have been sold are lies. I have several repair requests that have been unanswered, as well as accounting issues which are again unanswered/unresolved. However the management and board moved forward with a vote to place a lien on my property nonetheless, even with inaccurate accounting. A lien could negatively impact my impeccable credit, as well as cause me great emotional distress. I feel it is 100% retaliatory b/c if they truly wanted to resolve the matter they would just come clean with their accounting, which again, after numerous requests, they have not. In addition to above two mentioned issues it is nearly impossible to receive transparent documentation of HOA minutes, billing info, repair info, financial info. We have to ask repeatedly until they wear us down and we just simply give up. This company needs to be investigated for in their business practices. I have also filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

It’s been 4 days and counting that they haven’t fixed our water supply to our building no water for toilets showering anything
This has to be the WORST hoa and the reason why so many people hate homes with hoa.
The main pipe of water source to the building has broken down countless times in this building they’re always a temporary fix.
They’re trying to raise our prices. When the building lacks attention and any email concerns they reply back rude or not even acknowledge it.

Guys, think twice before signing an agreement with those folks because after signing, you’ll be in a losing position. They use the cheapest “contractors, ” and homeowners get the worst service possible. Besides that, the staff at Ross Morgan are ignorant and rude and don’t care about homeowners' problems. Our sprinklers are leaking in a dozen places, and I’ve been trying to resolve this for over two months; they are not even replying to my emails and ignoring my calls. However, their service isn’t cheap, and they are raising prices for no reason. Please stay away from them; there are many companies out there that provide quality services.

Danielle Madrigal is my new property manager I am extremely grateful for the new transition from the last one. I love seeing things get accomplished so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Ross Morgan for HOA management needs. Excellent service, very patient and kind.

The absolute worst company ever, I caught them burying penalty charges because they ignored to pay the bills on TWO separate occasions and they have done it to other properties I know of aswell. If you are managed by them ask to see where every dollar goes although they won’t hand that info over willingly. They never respond to emails unless prompted and always try and deflect and gaslight the issue. Absolute frauds!

Ross Morgan & Co has provided BERKSHIRE HOA superior management support over many years. They have a large team with specialists in all areas; thus, providing comprehensive support and guidance to the BOD and HOA. The managers assigned have very good work ethics and attend to all the community needs in a timely manner. The leadership is just as supportive and accessible! Ross Morgan staff are key members of the HOA family and the outstanding support is much appreciated.

Audrey Herman is amazing! After several months of trying to get my issues resolved, by chance I ended up on the phone with Audrey. When I expressed the problems I was having, she asked me to e-mail her the details. She was SO responsive and it was so refreshing to have someone actually respond and look into my issues. And after months of not being able to get my issues resolved, she did some kind of magic and got it done! Thank you so much Audrey!

This HOA company took it amongst themselves to under insure a property. Owners were NEVER notified or given the option to vote. The property should have 65 million In coverage and only has 10 million. They assessed the homeowners 200 a month to pay for this insurance. Now that owners are trying to sell or refinance, they are being told the property is un-warrantable and does not qualify for a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan. And if the property is destroyed, the homeowners will get under 72k each, on property worth 500k. Horrible company and they do not maintain their properties that they overcharge HOA dues on

They are managing our building and one of their reps that I will not name publicly, has really mishandled an issue with building rat infestation. She has not managed the pest control company that they hired with enough seriousness. She did not asked for enough documentation from the Pest Control company and haven’t hold them accountable and as a result the rat issue is still continuing in the building, when I was able to hire my private pest control company and have resolved the issue in my unit on my own. This poor and weak handling from her and part has caused a dispute between me and the Board who is refusing to refund me for the cost I had to incur, under the excuse that I did not obtained a pre approval. This should have never have lasted for over 2 months if the Property manager had properly handled the situation from the beginning, which is why we hired them for.

You can't get anything done in an expeditious manner. I've been trying to get my roof fixed, which is leaking into my condo. All I've gotten so far is that they have to get a proposal. Really how long does that take. Fix it already.

As a vendor, working with Danielle M.is a breeze. She is quick to give us what we need to do the work we are hired for and makes the entire process as seamless as possible. It's great being able to immediately get in contact with her when needed.

As a new home owner at Windsor Park, we had some issues that required more attention, and she has been very timely and professional in her approach to these issues, keeping us informed throughout the process.

Ross Morgan has been the best decision for our community! Common areas are clean and taken care of, the pool and the spa is very clean. We recommend this company to any HOA that is looking to change. Thank you to our amazing manager as well.
