They were kinda of rushing me to get my daughters dress because it was supposedly ready.so picked it up.had to wait it wasn't ready.then the ramo was not the one I chose in order to get it the way I want I had to pay more money was not satisfied with service

Where to start I should sue for breach of contract of fraud we payed almost 2000.00 dollars they kept adding additional cost to stuff like the crown when we bought the package that includes it.then they gave us the floor dress and said it wasn’t it doesn’t even fit my daughter but contract says no refund but this is fraud and breach since they didn’t provide the new one like agreed plus doesn’t fit her when they took measurements to order it supposedly.if we go to court she’s gonna have to prove she order her dress her size.then as we’re leaving another

It was the worst mistake of my life to have bought my daughter's dress for her quinceañera in this store! To start, my daughter lost weight and they were going to charge me to fix it. I don't remember how many laps I did and nothing was ready. I also ordered a small dress for my other daughter. They finally sent it to me by mail and it was complete. I live 2 hours from there, it is not easy to locate.a week before the party without crinoline, without magicians. Leticia and Susanna made my life terrible. But good to collect were almost 2600.00 and sad because one makes so much sacrifice to have these parties and they still make life hard for one. One piece of advice, leave the minimum deposit. Always check the receipt, and write down the names. At the end of the day, no one did anything or know what they are talking about. The truth is, I noticed the change after paying the full amount. What a pity.

This place is horrible dont buy nothing here so unprofessional customer service is terrible and you end up paying so much money and getting what you paid for.

Horrible i got my dress it was pretty but the accessories on it fell or the dress was ripping and the pillow was ripping dont get stuff there horrible quality

Horrible service and on top of that they gave me the dress I saw in the boutique and they didn't do any repairs to it, and it is dirty, so sad because they are only interested in money. God help her with her business because I don't think she will get very far like this. I wouldn't give it even one star.
