Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, Santa Clara CA

Roto Rooter responded quickly and professionally to my call and were on site solving my problem in about 2 hours. The kept me informed and provided options for what I might do.

Reuben provided great customer service while fixing my 97 year old mother’s toilet! He took the time to explain what he was doing and was very kind and patient! The toilet was fixed and my mom is happy!

Showed up on time and very professional, to camera storm and sewer lines, 450$. He said that his camera doesn't go very far and that there's an obstruction in the sewer line going to have to bring out a bigger truck which is going to cost me 750 you basically do the same job better.

HMM.why did they send the big truck to begin with?

My water heater went out. Gary from Roto-Rooter came out to replace it. He was kind, courteous, helpful and thoughtful. He re-plumbed my plumbing so that next time the water heater goes out, the water runs onto my garage floor instead of the water pouring out on top of the wooden box underneath the water heater. He even took off his shoes when he came into the house so that he would not dirty my rugs. Very impressed.

Our plumber came at 6pm on a Sunday and worked until 11: 30pm. He gave us a generous rate, and worked past the end of his shift to help us out.

Was perfect and that I was more than satisfied with his work and the outcome of the job.

We had a problem with a bathtub and also one of our toilets. Yesterday Lizardo Burgara and a fellow worker (unfortunately I don't recall his name) came to our house to see what the problem was. From the first moment they arrived, they were cheerful and very pleasant. But not only were these two young men very pleasant, they also knew what they were doing. Should we have another plumbing problem, I will contact them again without hesitation.

I called, after struggling on my own for a day, and on Easter Sunday Aaron was dispatched to help me. He arrived in less then 30 minutes, and 20 mins later the clog was cleared and running free! I had a technician today named Christian who did an extraordinary job on a multi-system clog. My mother and I were two older ladies stranded by another plumbing company for two days. Christian communicated everything he was doing to make sure I knew the plan. His confidence shown through and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He made the whole experience stress-less. Called first to set arrival time. Arrived on time ready to fix my problem. Eric set right to it, prepped the work area for potential problems. Opened the plumbing, cleared the problem. Offering tips and pointers to keep me from this kind of problem in the future, though it probably meant you wouldn’t be back.
Picked up, removed tools from kitchen. My floor was the same as before he started. My sink works, doesn’t leak, I’m happy.
