So, the wide selection of games in the arcade is nice. They had just updated it from the last time Ive been here and i have been here twice. Some of the problems with them that can easily be fixed are, have the music playing in the bowling alley and low music around the games. The japanese rhythm games are so hard to play if you cant hear them. Another problem is that some games are super deafening over the others and you cant hear the current one you're playing even if focused. For specific problems, groove coaster has 2 game cabinets yet one of them has a broken button on the right side so there is no multiplayer. The initial D game on the other side of initial d maximum tune, has one steering wheel that wont steer correctly, yet the game is available for play? Its the third from the left, second from the right. I havent tried the bowling alley, karaoke food or bar yet but i hope this helps!

I love Round1 except for the staff. All the teens that work there have horrible customer service. Other than that, I always have a good time.: D

This place is definitely one up from Dave & Busters or anything I've been to in the Bay Area. Lots of new games, bowling alley, and claw machines! Surprisingly tried 6 times for the claw machine and got a cute flying monkey plush! We spent about $50 here and had a blast with the newest Time Crisis, Tomb Raider (4 players max!) zombie games, basketball games, and much more! Definitely would come here more often if I lived near one! We even got to take some Japanese-styled photos for funsies we didn't get much points to redeem anything cool but we went there just for the arcade games vs prizes so it was fine.

Note: they have hand sanitizer everywhere which was great for after each game we touched.

The workers are very rude

They have signs which clearly state that the purchase of game cards ends at 11: 20 but we were in line since 11 and they won't so slow and we go to the counter at 11: 21 and they ignored us saying it's past time.

I bought two kids in there and played the bowling game, I was holding a normal Club card in, The staff saw me with two kids, he never suggest me to purchase kids membership because of cheaper! When I called back to complaint, they said it listed on board already. I told that girl on phone I did asked them kids can’t cheaper? The person told me same price! This is reductions, I don’t mind to waist money, but like them do business like that!

Had an amazing time staff was very attentive and polite! Only inconvenience was that on the signs it says prices for unlimited food and play and we got there and they told us we had to reserve that for that offer other then that it super great! We will be returning for sure!

Definitely a fun date night. Not too crowded on the bowling lanes on a Thursday night. Staff didnt look like they wanted to be there at all. But as long as my food was hot and my service was fast I paid no attention to that. Woulda been nice to play pool but that was the favorite spot of the night.

So much fun things to do here. Bowling, arcade, pool tables and karaoke rooms. The pizza here is also really good. Place needs some more Taking care of though. Highly recommend to go here with your friends

Great bowling and one of the best arcades I've been to in a long time. Some great classic games, pinball, and modern hits make for a great time.
Also, so many lanes for bowling!

Happy hour drink specials are good, their wings have a nice crispy outer layer, but they take forever to make them. Look for Lucy at the bar, she's great.

Lost my phone. Watched it get turned in, went to ask for it back. 2 of the people that literally got handed my phone said they didn't have a phone turned in. Took me speaking to 4 different employees behind the counter before they admitted to having the phone.

A family-oriented entertainment center consisting of 26 synthetic bowling lanes automated by Brunswick's latest GSX pinsetter technology. Since management places much emphasis on providing a recreational & party bowling atmosphere there are no leagues there.
Round 1 Entertainment, Inc, originated in mainland Japan, quickly grew in substantiating itself as a lucrative chain of venues by means of being advantageous within the video arcade & gaming industry.
The Puente Hills mall facility was the first venue of its kind having well over 200 arcade games such as claw cranes, coin pushers, and air hockey, to say the least, along with a Redemption prize area It was opened to the American public in late August of 2010.
It is distinctly located on the east side of the Puente Hills mall facing the 60 freeway. Upon entering the outskirts of the mall, look out for a huge replica of a bowling pin standing erect. Entrance into the center is either through the building's front vestibule or inside the mall's 2nd floor opening.
Other fun and enjoyable activities included there are Karaoke, ping pong, and billiards.
There's also a snack bar as well as a beer lounge from which to choose from.

Great Place to hangout grab a beer with friends. Pricing is pretty reasonable where this place won me over was their arcade. They have the best selection of popular Japanese games. There is also bowling, karaoke and pool tables available.

The karaoke rooms weren't that great and there is no way to make the rooms dim. Still, the games and claw machines are fun!

Great place to bring family and friends. There are plenty of arcade games, bowling alley, karaoke, billiards, and a place to get food in there. There’s plenty of parking so it won’t be hard to find parking here even when it’s busy. Also, it’s attached to the mall so you can walk around check places out.

Nice place to go with your family to have a good time bowling and spend a little money for a change.

The staff are surprisingly patient for working in such a chaotic environment. I had a good experience here and managed to catch a cute stuffed seal. Be prepared to spend some money! $20 is usually enough to play some games and try your luck on the crane machines!

It's good and fun and all just needs to be more forward with how much you actually get and how much you spend. Otherwise its really good fun.

Great place to take the kids & still have some adult time. Only downfall is all the noise. It is super noisy in there but it does have bowling, arcade, karaoke & so much more, so def be prepared for that noise I always leave with a horrible headache but my kids love it here & I don't mind the noise once in a great while + they have beer lol

Love this place the staff are awesome and friendly prizes are cool and cute. I come here every weekend.
