Round Pond Estate Winery reviews
17We did the olive oil gourmet tasting experience and it was wonderful! Genie was very kind and knowledgeable about the whole process and made it a great time for us. Afterwards we went over to the estate for a glass of wine (which was amazing) where the staff was just as kind and friendly.
Great view! We loved the outdoor seating area where we were able to watch the sunset. It was very peaceful and beautiful.
We reserved a visit to Round Pond Estate. It turned out to be our favorite place that we toured in Napa.
Andres was the absolute best host! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so generous in providing an exceptional tasting experience! Love Round Pond wines and ambiance!
One of our favorite tastings. Il pranzo combines great food and wine. Either Joe or Juan are both wonderful hosts. We have been visiting the Napa valley for over 20 years and this is one of the best.
We thoroughly enjoyed the chef's descriptions with the host's wine pairing. We were not rushed, and every question was answered.
Il Pranzo was absolutely amazing. The food and wine pairings were so delicious. Gorgeous property and the staff are great.
Round Pond was awesome, a MUST GO TO when visiting Napa! GUY@ CONSIERG@ROUND POUND. Is the best! And Stephanie was very knowledgeable and very helpful!
Go to Round Pond Estate!
Had an amazing tasting with Evan, at this beautiful Winnery. The tasting room views were stunning and the wines were delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone that came to Napa for a visit.
The olive mill was phenomenal. Cheri was very knowledgeable and a fantastic guide. Highly recommend.
We visited the winery after the olive mill. The winery had a nice patio with a fireplace and good service.
My family and I had the best experience at this winery! We were in Napa for a show and had a family members who was not a drinker but who goes to Napa and not visit at least one winery? I'm so glad we choose Round Pond! The patio seating area was gorgeous and offered a spectacular view of the vineyards. We felt welcomed from the moment we entered the building. Out host was excellent! He treated us like friends. He was very knowledgeable about the wines, made an effort to get to know us, and we didn't feel rushed. The wines were delicious for dry and semi-dry wines (which I usually don't like). We selected the Artisan Tasting so we also got a plate of meats, cheeses, nuts, jams, berries, crackers, etc. It was plenty for 3 adults to share with some leftovers. Our vist was 3 months ago and still have fond memories of this place. Anytime someone mentions Napa I tell them they must go to Round Pond.
I made a reservation on Tock for the Gravel tasting with food pairings. I felt like I was talked out of what I reserved. I ended up with the Artisan Experience which came with a cheese plate. It was ok. I felt rushed.
Wonderful experience! Our host, Evan, was friendly, entertaining, and patient. We will definitely return next time we're in the valley!
Great wine. Guy and the crew always provide excellent customer service. Reservations are required.
Went to Round Pond yesterday, and could not have had a better experience. Our host, Juan, is so knowledgeable, not only about the wines we tasted, but also about the history of the property and winery. We had a beautiful cheese and charcuterie plate with jams and honey from the estate. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Beautiful property, beautiful wines. Highly recommend.
With more than 15 visits to Napa Valley, and tastings at most of the higher end producers I was anticipating a great tasting…. Not so.
Our host was horrible, rarely present except to pour and see if we want[ed to buy anything. The wine was underwhelming at the price point, we had the Gravel series tasting, not worth the cost. Others at similar price points far exceed this place.
