Round Table Pizza, Sacramento CA

Handling cash then putting cheese on pizza then another employee comes out handles more money and goes back to make pizza.everyone talking and laughing over making pizzas. 5 female workers no face covers making pizza with unsanitary practices.smh especially in these times.sad

I was so turned off by this round table. We for there at 2pm. Apparently this is the time the buffet shuts down. We tried to order buffet and were told no even though the clock still said 2pm

Called and asked if they delivered to my address and was told yes paid $50 for my pizza waited a hour before getting a call telling me they can’t deliver to me then said I would get a refund within 3-5 business days They didn’t compensate me for anything they are rude unprofessional and they just don’t care I would not recommend this location

Called this location to have pizza delivered to my house for my in laws and pregnant wife and after waiting an hour for my pizza they call me to tell that they do not deliver in my area. They did offer me 30% off and when I asked for better discount they dropped it to 20%. I was very disappointed in the services.

Special I told them don’t cut my pizza, I almost wait an hour to get. Employee came apologize that they cut pizza, I asked them make new one and delivery, they gave one more hour deliver to my house which 0.5 miles faraway from them. Employees don’t focus with costumer request. Westing two hours get pizza, I got nothing.

I wish I could give Round Table Pizza a better review. The pizza is better than Pizza Hut, domino’s and little Caesar’s but your prices are way to expensive! For the price you charge all your ingredients should be 100% Organic! You need to reduce prices and get more realistic:) stop over charging!

While RTP has great pizza. The customer service at this location is fair at best. #inconsistent. If you're going to do for one customer, don't tell the next you can't or it's against policy. When you just did it for another person! Especially something as trivial as providing a container of ranch! Management needs to ensure some consistency. Better yet, ensure good customer service is always provided. You're only as good as your worst employee. Perhaps I expect too much, having family who own a small town RTP. Or shouldn't good customer service be expected regardless? The order was correct and tasty, and that's always appreciated.

Had a bag experience a couple weeks ago. Called the manager and she said she would mail out an
" oops" pass.she says she will let the day time manager know and then mailed out. Still haven't received them.very dissapoointed.

Very good pizza, but pricey. A large pizza on special was $25 out the door, ouch. Straw hat and Lamppost are just as good, sometimes better.

Overpriced and the orders are always messed up! The last few times I've ordered I had to wait well past my expected time of completion for my order. I wont be going back.

The location is horrible. Homeless all over the place, Del Taco shut down because of so much crime. They do have good draft beer, that is about all.

I had never been here before and they had a lunch buffet with a salad bar and pizza and knots. It was pretty good. I think we were there towards the end though because they never replenished any of the pizzas. The salad bar was typical fair and was well stocked. The staff making the food pretty much ignores anyone at the counter. I had to say, "Excuse me" 3 times with increasing volume before anyone would even acknowledge. That was unfortunate.

This is the worst location to go to if you're going for lunch buffet and you don't eat pork or beef. Requesting for anything other than those either won't come or you will keep waiting until you lose your appetite. I think they just do not like it if you put in a request for any other pizza

The pizza is a bit greasy and leaves a pool of oils on the tray. The pepperoni was spicy and pizza was hot though.

One of the better lunch buffet's I've been to. Lots of different pizza types were offered. You can order a pie from a very extensive list as a special request or just pig out on what is offered.

Good staff but horrible location due to the environment this round table is located. Too much foot traffic. Would go after day. This is in Rosemont

The round table on Kiefer Boulevard is always clean and the food is always good. I just think that their prices for their pizzas are absolutely ridiculously high.

I went there for the buffet. Great price nice selection or pizza. I would go there again if I was looking for value for my dollars. It was busy but, not to busy. You didn't have to wait long to get your food. It's nice to see cars in that parking Lott.

Pizza and salad was good but pricey. $88 to feed 4 people? Could have had a nice sit down dinner at a restaurant for that.

The best chain restaurant for pizza. Good variety of pizza. The food was good and fresh. Great customer service. Lovee the employees, there so nice and helpful.
