Should have read the reviews from this location before ordering. Without reading all the reviews it’s no wonder why they have a 2.8 rating. Our Buffalo mild wings were not even tossed in sauce and it looked like they just dripped sauce over naked wings. And let’s not talk about some pieces of the pizza were missing the bottom crust! Yeah, took a nice big bite of air and cheese. Bad location and never again. ️

I recommend the Large King Arthur Supreme, regular crust, it’s a little pricey but it’s so good. Not greasy, and cooked just right. Delivery is typically quick, piping hot- but I live close by.

$83 + in Pizza that I picked up and literally would not give me ONE side of ranch after I had checked out. I'll go to the other one.

Moved to the area in 2020 and I have tried 4X to give them a chance but each time its been a epic failure for flavor and fallowing instruction's.the crust has no flavor has the taste of just being mixed and made 20 minutes ago and when your ordering the king Arthur the toppings need to be correct to have the flavor and not reduced or skimped on, you should not be able to see the crust on that particular pizza. I placed the order when i was there, each time & still it was messed up, kids and a lady work the place. Corporate should review their practices.frozen Pizzas' have more flavor and consistency they do

I ordered from your Laguna Niguel location in June 24 and spent $49.65. The driver was extremely late and after spending an hour standing outside trying to direct him and the store by phone the pizzas arrived about 1.5 hours after being ordered. It was Luke warm and half my guests had already gone home. My kid was crying from being over hungry. We had a couple pieces and have the rest away. I called a week later to ask for a credit on a new order and they said they wouldn’t do anything for me since I was complaining a week later instead of the day of. Very bad experience and very lame reason not to make up for it. They get 3 stars because I’ve ordered from them numerous times in the past and the food/delivery were usually better.

Well! Showed up to pick up a pizza for my sons birthday. Verified location on call. Doors locked, open sign on. No ones home. Spring for a delivery driver

Almost every time they either miss one topping or they forget to send the dipping sauce and there pizza quality is not as good as other locations but unfortunately this is the only location deliver to my house.

Wouldn’t take my gift card at this location. Very disappointing. Rude service as well. Avoid this location

Great lil pizza shop, the servers are really sweet and the food is good. You can do a reservation and there is only outside seating which is limited. The little strip has so much going on and we loved it. Thank you.

We came to this spot for dinner.my friend recommended this place. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew were very polite and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We loved this restaurant very much and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

Terrible customer service. Man, Reza, who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. Practically hung up on me. Gave us the wrong pizza which we decided not to return due to the Covid19 situation. This is the second time I have had the exact same experience. The first time was a woman who took my order and was equally as rude and nasty. Love Round Table but will NOT order from this location ever!

Very poor manger customer service here. They brought me completely undercooked pizza. And breadsticks. And didn’t offer to replace the order or refund it at all. Instead offered me $7 off my next order. Are you kidding me? That’s horrible. Don’t order from this place. Go to a different location. Waste of $35 as well as my time calling and being put on hold for 20 mins. Because the manger is understaffed. And can’t handle being a manger.
Again this manger is rude. And I believe in what do you call it!? Oh KARMA!
