I order here a lot and tonight’s pizza was horrible every time it’s delicious and fresh this time the cheese was so stale and dry felt like there was no sauce it was overall so bad

Be careful when using your card at this location. Keep your receipt. I got charged different amount on my card than what I had on receipt.

Employee named Michael deserves a raise!

My family has pizza delivered to our home from this Round Table often. The pizza is always hot, correctly made, and tastes good. We eat in the restaurant very rarely. Today (8/18/23) we had an early dinner around 4pm. Good pizza, good beer- but today my review is not about food.its regarding the exemplary customer service Michael provided to my family. My kids were very excited about the quarter machines + duck claw machine. My 5yr old daughter and I tried to get her preferred duck - a pink sparkly duck- unsuccessfully several times. Michael was attentive + kind throughout our meal, asking if we needed anything. He noticed our duck struggles and offered suggestions to try to help. After all my $1 bills were gone, we gave up the effort.

My kids later noticed Michael playing the duck claw machine repeatedly. Michael approached our table and surprised my daughter with a duck he won for her, and coincidentally, it was also pink + sparkly!

My daughter carried that duck around with her everywhere else we went today. This act of extreme kindness was so unexpected and really made our day. Michael obviously has a big heart and really cares about a positive customer experience. Please give him a raise. He deserves it! Thank you Michael!

This place is over priced, you are better off with Mountain Mike's pizza. At least you don't have to wait an hour for delivery to get their soggy pizza. They didn't cut my pizza after it came out of the oven.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to pick up my pizza. Friday night's they are very busy and only one person working the counter.

I like to come to this location due to it's the nearest one to me. The female at the cash register has no sense of customer service, although, the pizza is excellent here. Every time I come and she's behind the register she always has something to say and it's not customer-oriented. Last time I came it was 50 minutes before closing time and she said something that came off as if we were put in a rush to eat and leave. She basically told me to be quick with my meal. I told her that it was gonna depend on how quick they are gonna make our pizza. There were already 4 other tables full of ppl waiting on their food too, or, in process of eating. Today I came in and she instructed me that tip is optional on the machine and how to bypass it, I like to give tip AFTER the service, rated on the service provided. She found that I needed to learn about dining in this place and found the liberty to request that I pile up all the dishes together at the table when we're done eating OR leave a tip, she says. I understand she may have run into dirty and messy customers in the past or she may be in need of a tip, but this is not how you come at your customers at all and, guess what, this is your job. Out of all the dining places I've been to, I have never been treated with such unfriendly customer service before. Either teach that female how to treat customers or put her somewhere else. Pizza was excellent though.

I used to love this pizza parlor, the last few times I have gone in they didn't have a lot of beer on tap, it was disgustingly dirty with pizza trays, plates and soiled napkins on the counter between the cashier and the window where the pizzas come out. Three times in a row I walked in and right back out without ordering. Management used to be awesome, not sure what happened.

I placed an order at 8: 06 and got here at 8: 49 and my order is still not ready I’m pretty disappointed with this service. And when I got here they said my order hasn’t even been started yet like what type of service is this unbelievable

Pizza was all right, not quite up to the quality I expect from a round table. It took nearly an hour to get our order it was not busy, and they appeared to be staffed well enough for the volume at the time. A little overstaffed in my opinion. Guy that took my order was inexperienced and was rather dismissive when I inquired about my order saying " I don't know I just take the orders "

We come here for lunch a lot and usually everything is pretty good. Today we came a little later andvthe salad bar was disgusting. We asked if they could change it out for us and they said no.
The pic shows how brown and slimy it was. Not edible. Its expensive too! Not acceptable to provide sub par services at top dollar prices. This will be my last visit to Round Table pizza!

We’ve been ordering pizza from this location for years and I’ve never seen worst customer service than what they have now. They got our order wrong so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes when we got there. Employees were dancing in the back and no one seemed to care about the inconvenience except for one lady who came out and apologized. The pizza was rushed and undercooked. It’s sad that people like this make a good company look bad.

The pizza is great but the place is dirty and understaffed, the ATM terminal is out of date.

I previously managed a RT many years ago, this location needs help - my online/app order today was to take 60 min, 100 min later we received the wrong pizza. I called and spoke to someone who did not understand customer service - and due to hunger I agreed to return the wrong pie to pick up the right pie. I was not given any discount or comp'd pizza so I insisted on a refund not wanting to pay delivery or gratuity but she only refunded the delivery fee, cheeky.and rude. This is my official last order from this location. I do not recommend this store.

I think the young man and the lady was very nice and helped when something got overcharged but I was upset that it wasn't like a few years ago when I took my son for the lunch special I know that you guys don't even have that area were I had it work one time where they gave you a variety of pizzas and you got the pic like you could have more than one pizza but it would be like this played out there where you it was like more inviting I wish they had something a little bit more better towards birthdays you know we had the flat screen I don't know if I could ask maybe put a favorite TV show for my son something that with the status of the birthday boy kind of just showed up but I'm saying years ago it was very nice whole it was more inviting like it has like different types of pizza but it was displayed Honda I don't know what you would call it but it's where he did have entrees I think I spent $22 on a personal Pizza and salad bar with two sodas and I wish it would have been more of a package even if it went up maybe 35 with wings you know but how but I thank God for the hard work and the person who did try to help and but I'm just saying years ago it was a little better than it was the great people who try to help and I like the young man who helped me with my order and had a good character

Puzza was good but now i got to clean my driveway cause your delivery guy left oil in my driveway

The staff is more worried about partying in the back then getting orders done. Waited almost an hour for one pizza. There were 2 other diners in the store that already had food. We overheard someone saying they didn’t make our order after we checked in after 30 minutes. We waited in the store. Ridiculous

Placing an order for delivery 2 hours in advance clearly isn't enough for this very unorganized place of business, because it's now 3 hours since my order and it still hasn't been delivered. Calling them is a waste of time, one worker said it's ready and on its way and the "supervisor" said it just come out of the oven. Never will I order from them again!
