Round Table Pizza, Woodland CA

I normally won't leave this poor of a review, but this is the exception. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited the predetermined time and went to pick up my order. Upon arriving, I noticed some very agitated customers waiting for their orders. I soon became one of them. There were plenty of employees behind the counter and preparation area, but no one's orders were being served. I waited for 45 minutes on top of the initial 20 minutes I was told it would take to get my pizza. During this time, I was told several times that my order was almost done. Several people demanded their money back and left. One of the orders was a pepperoni pizza, just like what I ordered. It was just sitting up there and the person who ordered it had already left. I told one of the employees to just give that one and I'd be on my way, since I've been standing around for 45 minutes. He wouldn't do it. He instead took it back to the employee's area so they could eat it later. I then asked again.where's my order? He looked and said they were just making it. They lied to me twice saying it was almost done, and then took an abandoned order that was the same as mine and kept it for themselves. At that time I demanded my money back and didn't even get a apology of any sort. Never again! Round Table has always been our pizza place, but not anymore. Great customer service Round Table, you chased our family away for good.

The pizza was delicious. Very good customer service. The only detractor was the cookie that was dry.

Always Friendly. Always doing their best to accommodate their customers. Love their food, but wish the Brought Back the Sandwich choices.

Food was fantastic, well made, and the staff were very friendly. I hadn't personally been here before, but my parents have back when they lived in California and praised it gratefully, and after trying it while going through, I will say they were right

Online orders are never ready on time! Tastes good when you finally get it.

Probably the only pizza place left in my area worth eating. Just wish they would look at their menu every now and then. King Arthur Supreme has tomatoes. Seems they think it's a combination. It's not.

Worthless!
40 minutes to deliver after it finished cooking and only live 3/4 miles away.
Food came ice cold, way over priced and chicken is walmart microwave chicken nuggets dont order from here.
