Round Table Pizza, Chico CA

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 stars.

Ordered a pizza with a coupon, walked in and they handed it to me before I paid, which I now realize I should have just taken rather than trying to save someone a write up and steal food. Manager said they could not honor coupon or comp food in any way. Went to Popeyes, got free sauce. This place can kick rocks. Wack crew except for the guy hustling making pizzas in the back that almost gave me the free pizza.

Came in ordered and tried to find a table.nope! Not because it's busy, since I'm the only customer here, but EVERY table is filthy with used plates etc on them! I finally resorted to sitting on the little able up front by the windows and front door. It's 4: 25 pm, not lunch hour or right after. The salad bar was just as bad. There are 3 employees just BS'in about whatever, not concerned at all. Never seen such a horribly run Round Table!

I ordered the special (large specialty and medium one topping) and specifically requested that the pizza to be fully cooked because of previous experience ordering King Arthur pan style. It wasn’t cooked through and was even more undercooked than previous experience.the feel of raw dough sickens me. I called, Gray was rude and said I could get another or a refund. What about the fuel and time it cost to have to return to the store for the remake? I requested a refund and requested that she document the complaint just because of the raw food situation and because I requested that such would be documented. She smirked/smiled and said no because it’s not needed for this situation. I’m not sure if that is true but I will be making inquiries. I also requested the name and best time to contact the GM and was told that she could not share the information and I will need to just try during daily business hours.

Really like their garlic twists! The pizza is great also! Glad they have a salad bar, wish they had Cesar dressing though.

X Large Pepperoni, 3 plastic bottles of soda: $51 plus delivery tip. Harsh amount for a pizza, even with the assumption by this franchise that their pizza merits higher change. Pizza acceptable, but left a bitter taste for the amount rendered. One topping, scant amount, covered in sauce, meager serving of cheese. Doubt be repeating any time soon, a little spicy which is not a bad thing. 2.5 Stars.

Ordered a pizza and got it delivered they forgot part of my order. I called they said I can come pick up the rest or I can get a refund, but they will have to double charge me and cancel one order which will take a few days to clear both. They now won’t respond to my calls.

A little more than I the others but worth it. You can taste the superior ingredients. Pizza night is RoundTable at our house!

30 minutes late on the delivery for 1 large pizza and some twists. Will not order from this location again as this is not the first time.

What's happened to round table. 30 dollar pizza for medium pizza. And believe me they don't taste like they used to. NO MORE!

Go to the Pillsbury location. The pizza they make at this location is gross! You need to get it together!

It was a thin crust 5" at best in diameter pizza. I paid like $9.25. Little bambino's in Morino Valley would give you a pizza 4 times bigger 4 times better for 6 bucks. Even For Chico this was a burn.
