Got in a little after 10pm lets say 10: 10 max. They told us that they will be shutting off the games at 10: 30pm. Store says closing at 11pm.we still payed the $8 or $10 for 90mins but when we swip the card to play a game (the one that lights up green) tried it on three games. Eventually one of my friends told me that we are living because our other friend card wasn't working either and we getting a refund. So I went up to get my refund too, friend was waiting with one of the employees, long story short, we must have been the very first ppl that have ever asked them for a refund because it took two managers, a call to a third person, and 15 to 20 minutes later to get a refund. Well not be returning.
Horrible customer service. Waited patiently for 4 hours to go bowling with a group of 10. Was told to be back by 10pm. We got up to stand waiting in line 5 minutes early. We had to wait for the customer in line for us to be done, we then walked 2 inches forward and are now at the stand at 10: 01. We now were refused bowling and were told we were late therefore we no longer have a game.
Always clean, ended up going later I the night but still good environment safe for young kids and teenagers. Kids had a blast and prices for modelo pitchers pretty good!
Round one was so much fun. Went in at 12pm once it was 18 and older. Delicious nachos. Had fun playing the crane games even though they were a bit difficult. Also the photobooths were hilarious just that it was hard to figure out how to print.
It's getting a little difficult finding a place like this for our grandkids. This is like Chuck E Cheese on steroids lots of colors, sounds and games. Great place to spend some time getting away from it all
Regularly visited Round 1 in Okinawa, Japan and visited this one recently with my friend and his child. Great atmosphere, games and prizes. Will be back!
I love Round One! Japanese arcades are awesome, and while this certainly is not a perfect emulation of the experience, there's a surprising amount of great Japanese games here. Haven't really gone to the other attractions (bowling, karaoke, etc.) but have gotten in many a round of DDR and Groove Coaster. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're a fan of arcades.
Asked abour credits between stores and was told they transfer between stores.
Put 10 dollars on my card only to find out the game I wanted to play was broken.
Went to Lakewood location later that day and was told credits don't transfer from location to location. Thanks for nothing.
Had a Birthday party for my son Tymoor k, did bowling, karaoke and all you can eat deal, we all enjoyed our time. Reasonable price. Looking forward to do it again
All ima say is if your under 18 after 12 don't go I went with my cousin that's 23 they still didn't let me play bowling.
The games and times with friends are always great.but when the service starts going down and attitudes are high, it puts a damper on things. Don't get me wrong the place is great and clean considering how many people are in there. But attitudes from mostly all of the staff.the security guard and the supervisor were great. Not that I had any reason to speak to them bit they were friendly. I brought my friend from Vegas here and just disappointed with service here. I probably won't be coming back.
Round1 is my favorite area arcade! My wife and friends and I play a lot of Bemani games here and the people really care about the machines. Obviously, it depends on the location, but for the most part there's a lot of love given to the cabs.
Also the beer is really cheap:)
Felt like there was no AC. Games are WAY too many credit and very little tickets. No one cleans and the staff is rude.
Very fun arcade however about half of the machines were broken the foreign ones which there's a lot of work well though
Nice place, not that overpriced, nice array of games. Some games are pretty similar, but otherwise the array is good with some from over seas.
The claw machines here are a little harder than at the Puente Hills location. It's still fun but it's very crowded. They have an option where you can play select games unlimited for an hour which is nice.
UFO Catchers, great selection of arcade games, decent food - all in all a great place to hang out.
Would sometimes go on my lunch around 12 or 1 and would go to the bar, horrible service, i can never get a drink or food and would wait about 20 min for each, i would spend most of my lunch just waiting and then would have to go back.aside from that, its actually a fun and clean place.staff is nice and the bartenders that show up later are a lot nicer and faster than the ones earlier.
We sat at bar while kids played games good beer choices but $$$ bartenders were kids no knowledge of a bar poor service for money spent only good service from Maria
