Very cramped state room. Plenty of food to enjoy.capitalism’s best way to experience. Money definitely speaks volumes for drinking eating and for the exhilaration. However, felt luxurious inside of the ship. Promenade areas. If you’re drinker, make sure to bring enough bottles of wine for your group. For middle aged couples may enjoy this 4nights 5days cruise to Catalina island and the port of Ensadena in Baja California. Tried real local Baja California areas food but could have tasted our neighbors food truck (not recommended). Tequila is expensive even for smallest bottles in downtown area of Ensenada. Catalina island ‘s tourist area is very small. Rent a cart for just one hour is good enough. Another Mexican food available area, and not recommended too.
The “Navigator of the Sea” has luxury promenade area in the middle of the ship. Updated recently but could see has aged. State room is very cramped and just okay for budget minded couples. If could afford balcony, definitely recommend. Four different areas if meals to enjoy. Try not to pick “my dining time. ” Instead just go and pick meals whenever you want to. Kids will definitely enjoy, but since so crowded will require to reserve or/and wait until your turn. Whirlpool area is always full and not big enough to please with. Don’t feel safe of either sanitary condition of water for pools and hot tub water.
Recommend to go when is not peak season.

The ship was great. The staff was great. The cruise line not so much. Two of our three ports were canceled and the third cut to half a day mid cruise because of hurricane Norma. We were taken to Ensenada, which to be frank is not a destination we had any interest in. The best the cruise line could do was a fifty dollar onboard credit. After literal thousands of dollars spent to not see a single port for the time expected, fifty bucks is an insult. Maybe other cruise lines will do the same, but at least I can let you know this one will definitely just ignore your emails post trip. Way to blow it Royal.

I booked an Alaskan cruise for next year and then plans changed and I wanted to cancel. Looking at the cancelation schedule I was months before final payment so its says no fees. When I call they tell me that 500 dollars is non refundable. I have a hard time believing that 1 booking cost royal 500 dollars. I then wait for there survey to give my thoughts and when I click on it, it says that my number has been blocked and labeled as spam. I will never sail with royal again and will steer people away. Even when I make it on the cruise I have not been impressed.

Fantastic cruise line. Very accommodating to my special needs son. Very professional, considerate, respectful and helpful from the time you call to help with reservation to the time you board, your experience on the ships and disembarking. Highly recommend.

This is the best cruise line we have ever cruised with! The ships provide a great atmosphere for adults and kids. The rooms provide plenty of space for the time you’re in there. The entertainment is top notch. The food is great and the service is even better! We will always travel with Royal for any of our future cruises!

The app stinks and the employees are of no help and send you to guest services where you wait an hour or more.horrible experience!

Staff was great. Accessible room was great for a wheelchair user. It's too bad they're so difficult to book though, as these suites seem to be scooped up by non wheelchair users.

I would highly recommend the Royal Caribbean/ Navigator of the Seas cruise to Ensenada to my friends and family. Especially as a person who was doing a cruise for a first time, I highly enjoyed myself.

Our check in time was at 1130 hours. We showed up around 1030 hours, but they were able to get us in before 1130 hours (around 1100). Any luggage you do not want to be carrying around while waiting for your room is best to be dropped off before waiting in line. Do keep in mind that you can take a hydroflask in, but it does have to be empty. No food is allowed to be taken onto the cruise ship. The process to get on the ship was smooth and easy to follow.

After entering the boat, we went straight to the lunch buffet at Windjammer on Deck 11. The food choices is what you would expect from any hotel or cruise (I think). The food was not to die for but it was not bad as well. We would have our breakfast and lunch at this buffet. Unfortunately we did not book any of the restaurants so I am unable to review it at this time.

I do recommend wearing your bathing suits or carrying it in a small carry on bag when you enter the cruise. Your room and luggage will not be ready until about 1 or 2pm if you board early. We were able to enjoy the pool and some drinks before going to our room.

Our housekeeper, Alvin, was amazing and extremely friendly. We were on the 7th Deck. He would ask us if we needed anything and ask how day was. On the second day of the cruise, he made a bunny with the towel and placed it on our bed. My wife extremely loved that.

We had dinner at the main dining hall on Deck 4 for all 3 nights. I got to give a big applaud to both our servers Sajeevkumar and Melcome. They were extremely attentive and they even allowed us to bring our own wine bottle to the table for dinner. The food was good at the main dining hall, but again it is not to die for. I do recommend the dinner time at 8pm because it sounds like the 530pm gets very crowded. Also, around 5pm is when the pool and jacuzzi really starts to die down which is nice.

There was plenty of entertainment during our short time on the boat. The two best shows I loved was the ice skating show the first night and the comedy show on the last night. The comedy show had me and my wife laughing for a full 45 minutes.

Loved the live Latin music at Boleros. The worst drink we had was a Mai Tai at the Bamboo bar. It had way too much alcohol and no flavor to enjoy. However, all the bartenders and servers were attentive to us at every bar we went. I was truly amazed at how they all had a smile on their face even though they were working long hours every single day.

I am definitely going to do another cruise with Royal Caribbean. Can't wait for the next one.

We enjoyed it when it was so awesome. This was my very first cruise, and the crew was so appreciated. They were helpful and we do a lot of respect.

We recently embarjed on our 7 night, 8 day cruise that went down to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta, our ship was the Navigator of the Sea. Overall the ship and its crew were amazing, the food was great I highly recommend vising their specialty dining was amazing they can really cook a steak in Chops Grille. I highly recommend anyone to take a cruise with Royal Caribbean, and a room with a balcony to look out at the sea which is always worth to purchase.

My husband and I just completed our third cruise aboard a RC ship. This time it was Odyssey of the Seas on a full ship charter out of Civitavecchia. We found the service to have slipped a bit, the ship overall to be a bit less clean and a very aggressive approach taken in the selling of all extras on board. Perhaps most disappointing was our birthday celebration dinner at Chops Grille. This is their premiere specialty dining experience and I believe this restaurant is on all the ships in their fleet. The upcharge for this restaurant has doubled since we first dined at Chops. The service was mediocre and not as impressive as we had in the Solarium Bistro which is included and does not involve an upcharge. The food although more limited than Chops was better in the Solarium Bistro. The photography and wi-fi they offer for sale are ridiculously overpriced. With other cruise lines offering a better product and better value, we'll likely avoid any itinerary in the future on a RC ship. Too bad, we do have good memories but RC should do a better job and not just excel at turning a profit.

The air-conditioning didn't work so well however they did get it fixed.
Food was very very good in the excursions were very nice.
You only get one lobster on lobster night where it used to be all you can eat.

My friend and I took a trip on Voyager of the Seas, leaving from Galveston with one stop in Cozumel. Overall, this cruise ship was an okay experience with only a few things that we wanted to leave in a review for feedback. We loved our waiter and waitress, Shamila and Michael!

The one issue we did experience was our room not having air the first two days. We called the front desk and they thought we had left our balcony door open (this shuts the air off). After they came to the room and confirmed that the air was broken at 12: 30am, they fixed it by 2: 30am. While it was disappointing to have no cool air, we were happy to get working air.

Outside of that- my friend did love the food. The cruise did offer Indian food options, which I appreciated the diversity in that. However, being in modern day 2023’s world of health- I was shocked that there were not more options for dairy free/ vegan diets. I did not expect to be catered to, by any means, but it would have been nice to have a cruise line that was up to date with diverse health needs. I felt very limited to what I could eat due to the allergies and food intolerances that I have.

That was breakfast and lunch buffets. For dinner- our waiter and waitress were aware of my food allergies and intolerances and were sure to let me order meals ahead of time, as well as confirm what ingredients were in each plate. Our waitress was Shamila and our waiter was Michael. They made an outstanding team and we looked forward to dinner each night just so we could visit with them. They were such kind people, just such radiant lights. They definitely made us feel at home on the cruise.

We had a massage on the last full day. My massage therapist was by Omtei. This was her first week on this specific ship and she was so excited to be part of the team. She did a great job and I would recommend anyone to request her.
