We purchased our RV at Royal Coach 3 years ago. From the time we purchased it until now, we have had nothing but excellent service. We recently took our RV in for warranty work. We were greeted with a good afternoon from a few staff as soon as we walked through the door. Kelsie K.then said hello I can help you. I have to say, we have never felt so welcome as we did this day with her. She made us feel like we had just purchased a million dollar RV. She was super friendly, she was very knowledgeable and my husband and I both said in our 40+ years of customer service, we have never seen better service. Kelsie is a 10+ with service and knowledge for this Company. My husband expressed she knew more about our RV than any other service rep or company has expressed in the past at other companies. Royal Coach is definitely our favorite and we will be long time customers. They put the A+ in all service categories. We really want to recognize Kelsie for our first warranty experience. Exceptional customer service!

I’d love to be able to give this place 0 stars. From the start sales is great and all ready to sell you the biggest piece of junk they can! Purchased a forest river wild cat back in December of last year. Since purchasing it has been at the dealer more time than in my possession! Came down today to check on my unit which right off the bat was dirty. Full of black finger prints and scuff marks across the bottom panels. When brought to the attention of the “service advisor” she said well we don’t wash them free but they offer a service if you’d like. What a joke. You’d think that’s the least they would do as my units been sitting at their facility since September! We also pointed out an issue where a piece of the closet was broken to which said “advisor” said “well you can’t prove we did it”. To Ice the cake it’s been raining for a few days now and apparently the window to the room leaks and the bed is soaked! If I could discourage you from purchasing an RV I would in a heartbeat. If your set on buying one buyer beware do not come here because the second you have an issue you’ll be waiting months for “wrong parts” and by the time you get it back you’ll be out of warranty and told by the dealer good luck it’s on you now.

Staff was very helpful, informative & polite. Made us feel very comfortable during our purchase. Would recommend them to all our friends.

I purchased a 2022 forest river Cherokee alpha wolf RV. Sales people very friendly and willing to help to get me the best deal. They reassured me that any issues that I noticed during the walk-through would be fixed the next appointment they would set up for me. I let them know I had sold everything and would be living in it while traveling.
I purchased it 7/18/22. On the walk trough I noticed several issues and was told the things could be addressed and fixed with an appointment they would set up for me. I brought the RV home and I had to call for an appointment that took over 3 weeks to get. I noticed so many things in the 3 weeks I had to wait for my appointment (nail holes, putty not sanded, rotted wood, warped wood, discolored wood, weak shower floor, shower doors popped off rails, fridge has a dent and doesn’t stay closed, trim feel off of slider on the way home from Bakersfield!
My RV has been in the shop over a month and I have yet to use my brand new trailer. I call weekly and I have been told so many different things by two different service technicians one Jennifer & Jessica the service manager. I have been hung up on, left on Hold over 20 minutes, I have been lied to and now given the forest rivers corporate office number so I can hopefully do Royal coaches job! I would NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
They forget about you after they make the big sell!

The staff bent over backwards to get a trailer from Magill in sales to the loan department. I was having a few issues with the water and hot water heater. Chop Stick in the service department came out to the RV park and had it fixed in no time. Very polite and friendly person. I enjoyed his company. My thanks to all of you. You helped make my Christmas dream come true. (a permanent place to live) God bless and have wonderful holiday with your families.

My wife and myself purchased a trailer from Royal Coach in 2015. There sales and service are second to none. When it was time to upgrade to a new trailer we shopped around but ended back were we felt the most comfortable and that is Royal Coach. The experience this time with Rob Shelton was so easy and effortless. He got us a price on the rig we could live with and was always professional. If your an RVer you know that service means the world and Royal Coach has the best service department by far. Just want to thank Rob and Justin for everything they did and would recommend anyone to purchase a trailer with convenience from Royal Coach. Shane

We purchased a trailer at a different dealership and was dissatisfied with their service department. We needed warranty work on our RV and Carlos and Jessica at Royal Coach from the start were on our side. They worked diligently and aggressively with the manufacturer and extended warranty company to keep us on the road. We also recommend buying the extended warranty. We have used ours extensively.

Carlos and Luis are the BEST, my wife and I are very fortunate to see the both of them, their integrity and the service we receive from them both is second to none.

Carlos in service dept.is awesome! Carlos is always honest and professional. He returns every call and leaves detailed messages and updates if he can’t reach us. He pulls every string to get difficult parts ordered and shipped and completes the repairs as quickly as possible. Thanks Carlos!

Andrew was knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanations. He made sure that we understood exactly how things worked and gave every detail of the features available to us. His engaging manner made our purchase such a pleasant experience.
