Ryan has been an absolute godsend. Before working with him, I used to go to different gyms and not stay committed. It was hard to stay motivated when I kept re-injuring myself and also had a difficult time keeping up with my fitness classes. This time around, I see the benefits in working with my own personal trainer. Ryan has made my goals attainable so I stay motivated and committed. He knows when to challenge me and encourages me to push through the difficult parts of my workouts. I've only been working with Ryan for about 7 weeks but I've gain muscle mass, gained a few pounds, and I feel stronger. He knows my goal is to gain a healthy weight, prevent work related injuries (as a nurse, I need to be strong enough to transfer patients), and also benefit from the "feel good" endorphins after working out! My mental health has also improved. If you are still thinking about getting a personal trainer, just DO IT NOW. Especially with Ryan, you won't regret it.

I learned a lot from Ryan. He is encouraging and works with you towards your goals. He also has a lot of good info on nutrition and advice for workouts outside of sessions.

Ryan is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer with a whole person training philosophy. He believes his job is to help you shape goals that are meaningful for you and then help you reach them.

Ryan takes the time to tailor a program to help you meet your goals. He also provides advise and guidance for nutrition. When I work out alone, I have a habit of slacking, and he doesn't let me get away with that. In the last three months of working out with Ryan I have lost thirty pounds, and look and feel better. Would highly recommend him.

I’ve been training with Ryan since December 2021, it was by far the best decision I made. Ryan is a great trainer that you will see results. He’s such a wonderful and positive person. I’m definitely in the best shape I’ve been in a long time and I feel great. I highly recommend him.

Ryan is a very knowledgeable and motivated trainer. He listens and adjusts workouts based on your goals and needs. He is friendly and easy to work with. In just 3 months I have increased my strength tremendously. I highly recommend Ryan’s personal training services.

Ryan is a consummate professional. I am extremely happy that I found a trainer who is so passionate and 100% locked in on insuring that I am successful at reaching my fitness goals. After only 3 months of being trained by Ryan, I am experiencing some amazing muscle growth and vast improvement in my endurance and I'm very excited for what's to come. If you are serious about making a lifestyle change, Ryan DoBroff is the best choice to help you reach your goals. I started working with Ryan, 1 hour sessions/2 days a week, in August 2021.

In less than four months, I am down 32 lbs (AND counting)! He communicates. He listens. He cares. Ryan is genuinely happy to see his client crush their goals.

Ryan is a true expert in his field. He was able to help me achieve my fitness goals whether it be fixing my posture, imbalances, increasing strength and muscle, and my overall confidence. He’s flexible with his schedule and ensures that each session you have with him is high quality. He’s even willing to go past the hour of time you have with him to make sure you get a good workout. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a trainer to go to him.

Royal Fitness by Ryan is by far the best company to train with for your goals. Ryan actually makes an effort to know you, your stuggles, your goals, and is a true champion in your corner. Not only is he incredibly personable, but he is knowledgeable in all things related to body and movement. I also trained with his assistant Kayla who is amazing and just as knowledgeable. I cannot recommend either of them enough! They actually care about you and your goals and will work with you and your schedule to achieve them. I’m so sad I don’t get to work with them anymore since I have loved 2 hours away, but if you’re serious about getting a good quality workout with people that will not only motivate you, but celebrate your successes, then look no further than Royal Fitness. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend.

Ryan was such a sweet trainer! He knew just the right amount of tough love I needed! He prioritized the type of exercise that made ME happy and excited to move. He took my goals into account with every session. Highly recommend!

I love working with Ryan. I have worked with many different Trainers in my years for photoshoots and or movie prep. Ryan has been by far my favorite. I recently had some back issues and he has helped me work through it. I would recommend Ryan to all family, friends and talent I work with in the area.

Ryan is great to work with! He has a thorough knowledge of the body and equipment used. He was always able to answer my questions about exercises. As someone who had no experience with lifting weights, I really appreciated his ability to know when to respect my limits and when to offer that push of motivation. He also has such a great positive energy that makes the whole experience feel like hanging out with a friend.a really knowledgable and motivational friend! I loved being able to show up and trust that Ryan had a plan and knew what I was doing because becoming an expert at weight lifting is not in my future! Lol. I highly recommend him for people like me, who don't feel confident with gym equipment or workout routines, and who thrive with external accountability.

As a newbie to fitness, I was nervous about starting a workout regimen. Ryan, however, made starting painless by setting me up with the right trainer and a set of exercises tailored to my individual goals. Working with Kayla, my personal trainer, has been an absolute blast. And I recommend Royal Fitness, no matter what level you're at.

Thankful to have guidance from one of my lifelong friends since i’ve told him i’m ready to step it up in life. He’s been nothing less of encouraging, motivating, and reliably keeping in touch with me to make sure i’m on track. Since talking to Ryan about wanting to make changes in my life he’s become a great mentor to help me change my diet, get less screen time on my phone and television, reading books, and most of all focusing on my health and fitness, a lot has turned around for me. I’ve gained 20 pounds along with physique. I feel like a million dollars every day, I have a consistent sleep schedule that involves going to bed at a decent time and being productive; starting my day at 6AM, working out daily, and continuing to get 6 meals in a day to get to the weight/muscle I want to be at. I started out at 145 pounds 2 months ago. I’m now at 164 pounds with a lot more physique and this is only the beginning! Anyone considering to make some changes whether it’s to lose weight, gain weight, or just overall guidance feel free to contact him! You won’t regret it. Thanks again Ryan!

I’ve been Ryan’s client for 6 months now and I feel and look great. I set my own goals and he helps me accomplish them. He’s pushes me to do my best and the results are very satisfying. I’ve never been in better shape.
