I was having little luck finding someone to create a last minute Valentine's Day wedding bouquet until I called Roya. She didn't hesitate to help me out. She was kind and easy to work with and created a masterpiece for our wedding. I can't thank her enough!

I ordered a large arrangement for my grandmother's memorial. I'm out of town so I communicated through phone calls and texts. They were very helpful and communicative. I sent a photo of an arrangement to base it on. When they finished they sent me a photo which was unexpected. The arrangement was more beautiful in person. I would definitely recommend Royal flowers.

Monday, August 22/22 I received a Get Well bouquet. The flowers looked sad, not fresh, appeared as if every leftover flower was put in it (allowing for difference in esthetics). I called the next day to let them know that flowers already started to fail. Person on phone said they couldn't do anything about it, the flower company that sent order (ordered in PA) would have to allow an exchange. Royal flowers are the people that executed the order and are being paid for it. Their customer service is, to say it politely - very poor!
Looking at RF's portfolio - I am amazed they let such an unattractive, sad looking arrangement go out their door.
This order deserves less then one star!

The most beautiful flower combo! Roya did everything I had asked for and helped me figure out my vision. The flowers were so beautiful and just added that extra touch to our venue. She created these beautiful boutineers, our centerpiece, my bridesmaids bouquet, and two tall flower stands on each side of us when we got married to create a beautiful arch and then on the outsides of the sweetheart table. I can’t even say how blown away I was with my bouquet. The most beautiful colors and she brought my wildflower dreams to life. Thank you so much Roya!
