Royal Foot Spa, Cupertino CA

Very bad experience! I would NOT recommend this place! I had the A2 option- 20 min body massage and 40 min foot massage. I tipped the lady 20% and she was extremely not happy, getting so mad, and speaking in her native language showing the tip to my friend which can speak the same language. My friend was translating that she was saying something about the tip, so I got mad asking her what's the problem with the tip. Then the owner or the lady that is in charge said that the minimum tip is $15 which is 37.5%! I took the 20% and gave her the 37.5%.
This is such a BAD customer service experience! Ruined my day and the massage experience that supposed to be relaxing- don't you know that Royal Foot Spa? So never again Royal Foot Spa!

They all beg for more tip no matter how much you pay them. They asked for 30% tip and they force you to pay that. Never go there again

I had the lamb with Chinese vegetable dumplings. The dumplings are won ton size (smaller) with thicker skins (which I prefer). I was impressed by how juicy they were - as juicy as I've ever had. I didn't taste the Chinese vegetable because it was like zucchini, mild in flavor, but the lamb flavor was lovely.

I also bought the pork with string bean. Those were also very juicy and very flavorful. The string beans are mild like the Chinese vegetable in the lamb dumplings, so you mainly taste seasoned meat + meat juices. These dumplings are GREAT.

I met the owner who proudly pointed to his Best of the Bay award (framed). Very cute. You can also see the women in the back room making dumplings (behind a beaded curtain). What a great place - whatever it's called: Asian American Food Co? Kingdom of Dumpling? King of Chinese Dumpling?

I did my foot massage here today. The masseur wearing rubber glove do my foot massage. Very unprofessional. Since rubber glove does not have friction, the feeling is very bad. When I called the manager make appointment I said I need a experienced masseur. Then they give me the one who can not find any acupoint. I think the manager did find the best masseur in this store. The massage process is very uncomfortable! Don't come here! Awful!

I visit Royal Foot at least once a week. Clean place, smells good. They work hard and most have fairly good English. They get busy near the end of the week so call for an appointment. Parking is better across the street or on the other side of the wall.
