Royal Gardens Extended Care reviews
5 Worst facility ever. Do not leave your love one there. They do not care, from the chef nurse to the CNA. They treated my husband so poorly. I will do my best to report this facility to the health department. I can assure you of that!
I hate this place soooo much!

Residents are first priority before anything else. Good teamwork, Very efficient nurses.
Horrible we made a appointment to see someone and before me made it we asked if a 14 year old could go in and a lady said yeah we’ll make a exception so when we went they said it’s only 1 person so we drove for a long time for no reason.
I came here to visit a family friend. On my way out the building my family and I notices a patient on the floor in room 108 she said has fallen. Naturally, I rushed to the front desk and a woman there said she's not a nurse so she cannot do anything. She didn't even try to contact her co-workers to help the patient, she just pointed to room 107 with a nurse in it and told me to talk to her, so I did. I told the nurse that a patient in 108 has fallen, she showed no sense of urgency for the patient and told me to go to the front desk. I confusingly went back to the front desk and helplessly waited. As my family and I waited, we watched over the patient in room 108, it is horrendous that none of the staff showed urgency at this point. Then the same nurse I spoke with in room 107 came to the main hallway, again, I told the nurse that a patient has fallen in room 107. Suddenly the nurse showed extreme urgency for the patient in 107. Her reaction in the main hallway was night and day compared to her reaction in a private room.
Be wary when you leave your loved ones at this clinic.
