Royal Motel, Tracy CA

The counter guy is cool and gave me a good package deal on four nights. No remote to tv, no ice machine, room still smelled like smoke but it's a good spot to stay on a budget. Plenty of stores and food nearby.

Room was clean, air conditioner worked. Working man it served it's purpose passing through.

This place is not the best, but works if you're just passing through Tracy and need a place for the night.

This is a non rated spot, truly it's wayyyy to raggedy for Tracy. U would've NEVER thought, lol.

Its okay if u are tight for cash not the best but most definitely not the worst my honesty opinion

It's so loud her it's not quite there's alot of doping and they pay 105 for 2 bed's when it's supposed to be 90 or 80

OMG. Where do I begin. Dirty room, everything was filthy, and it was in a condition I would expect in a war zone. If my car hadn't broke down and I arrived here after midnight, I would have left for somewhere else. Don't recommend for anyone

No clean blankets, towels, sheets what's so ever! I needed myclean blankets, sheets, towels tahts if they even give us towels that customers need to go to the laundry mat to wash them our self's.

I had just sold my fifth wheel trailer and needed a place to stay, me and my family for about two weeks until my place was ready. So we found the Royal Motel had great rates and the rooms were just renovated. The management and staff were so friendly and helpful and their maintenance man Don even helped with our luggage. The rooms were so clean and bright, we had a wonderful experience. We recommend to all that if your coming through Tracy, CA and need a room for the night then check out the Royal Motel. It gets a 5from me.
